Spirit Halloween, Amarillo TX

There selection is very poor. We purchased a mask that wasn't working at the store, we thought it was the batteries. While purchasing the item we ask if we can return it if the batteries wasn't the problem. They stated yes we could return it. We put new batteries and the mask didn't work. We took it back to return it and now they are stating they don't do returns. Why tell the customer you will return it and go back on your word? The item was purchased on the 31st, like everyone else we get busy. How are we suppose to return something when the store is closed? Management stated if we would of brought it back right away. Horrible customer service. This is why Amazon is growing like crazy, because of stores like this one.

Love Spirit Halloween. It is always a family fun place for us. We always go as soon as it opens, and then a few more times before Halloween. They arent as inexpensive as other places, but they have way more than the other stores! Plus better animatronics.

It was good, a little hard to navigate. But no one was wearing or was told to wear their mask

They have the best halloween decorations and animations. I like to play with the displays. I always find something I have to have.

It was so great! This place was amazing for anyone looking for anything spooky and for Halloween needs.

Was very busy long line at checkout. The line went very fast. Lots of items to choose from

A little disappointing. The majority of the displays were not working. Unfortunately, I am sure that is more on the public than the stores fault.

Second year in a row that we have Ordered a costume more than a month in advance and that order has gotten canceled.

I will not be coming back to this place ever again after spending time in this store to find my 4 year old his costume he wanted to be for Halloween and get to the register to pay and they couldn’t find a price check on it after waiting another 10 min they come back to tell us they couldn’t sell it to use because of something wrong with the computer and I had to take my son home crying for his costume he didn’t get I am very disappointed

Way overpriced for plastic made junk, most displays didn't work, and it was hard to find anyone to ask questions of, and at checkout the lady was less than friendly.

Won’t let you return or exchange! Packaging wasn’t damaged or anything, just needed a bigger size and they didn’t have any in a bigger size so they said I couldn’t exchange it or get my money back. Won’t shop here again!

It was super fast checking out this year! Super clean and organized. Absolutely love this store! Wish it could be there year round!
