7This place has a lot of cool stuff and things to this place we were looking for spooky place to go to and we found this place it's very spooky for us and we now spent over $100 on this please thanks to the owner now we have a Lotta spooky stuff in my house and now we're going to come every year here thank you so much for everything my comment
Since this is a small costume only store they don’t have the ISE displays. That’s a disappointment. The store is very unorganized. When I went in, there were boxes on the floor shoved in corners on the sales floor. The staff were all standing behind the counter. It wasn’t busy. I think I will try one of the other bigger locations.
Disappointed! Spirit used to have a better selection and what happened to the really awesome displays they used to set out? They had these interactive displays that were really cool and fun to see. But over the past few years they’ve stopped putting them out and the stores just look plain!
Spirit Halloween has gone downhill!
SPECIFICALLY SAYS ONLINE YOU CAN EXCHANGE OR RETURN ONLINE PURCHASES IN STORE AND THAT IT IS EASIER THIS WAY! The a-hole manager decided her store doesn’t do this. Even customer service said they are supposed to. Just terrible customer service in store for no reason and they were not busy when I went.
It was very small but they do carry plus size there so that was nice but they are also super over priced.
Seems like they make employees follow u around. I think they are trying to cut down on shoplifting but honestly it was a bit annoying. The employees were cool, and were really helpful. Not as much selection as last year: (
No plus size options. Got followed around the store the entire time. Disappointed in our experience. Will be sure to go to another franchise next time.
