Spirit Halloween, Lewisville TX

My kids look forward all year to this store being opened. Unfortunately this year we were a little late to the game and most things had already been sold. Our fault of course, the kids still loved it. The staff was great, and if I had any complaints it would be the space seemed smaller in their new location at the old goodwill. Then again it could just be me getting older and everything seems smaller lol. Anyways see you all there next year and hopefully a lot earlier than this year.

Cashier #3355777 rounded up my purchase without even asking me and when I mentioned it to him he just said it was a habit and did not try to fix it. Not cool the cashier should ask before donating my money.

It's just okay, they have the most asked for costumes. I know they can't afford to have everything that's out there in the market since Halloween is just a one day event and the decorations are out of place if you leave them out. Bcuz of the other holidays that follow.

Love coming here just to browse. I never know when something is going to catch my eye and I decided to bring it home with me. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I want to start off with DO NOT put on your website that you guys close at 9 if you close at a 7.and i wouldn’t have a problem with it if these 2 teenagers who we’re struggling closing the door who decided instead of telling me that they’re closed.they decided to laugh and giggle at me.i don’t understand what it is with businesses hiring disrespectful and incompetent teenagers because if it takes more than one person to close the door, i think they have a personal issue.and if they cant be respectful to a customer which is their job then why hire them? Because it damn sure isnt to sit and look pretty

I love Spirit, but the customer service is so pushy. I was judged for not wanting to donate and then repeatedly bugged to “at least round up? ” I donate to charity, but I don’t do it when stores ask because they use it as a tax write off. So, I say no to the lady and then get judged and asked to just donate a little by a rude employee. Very bad customer service.

This location is always great! They've got lots of stuff, and the layout and merchandising are the best you could possibly expect from a pop-up like this. The staff are really friendly.

The only thing negative that I have to say is that Spirit Halloween is not open all year long.and oh, how I wish it was.

Jeannette was the absolute best last night me the wife and a friend went there she help us with everything we needed help with she even took the time and initiative to walk around and suggest costumes to us we will definitely be back there again

Hard to explain this place to non USA citizens. I am from the UK and this halloween store is bonkers.

This store always seems to be fully stocked every time I come in. The staff is always friendly as well.
