They will get you with no experience, and the trucks are all automatic and very well taken care of.

Looking for a trucking job where you are home more often, make good miles and money, and they service your truck for you? Look no further. Great company to drive for.

Great company that takes care of its Drivers. Training program was an A+ and they keep in contact with you to ensure things are good while OTR. Mr Landeros is a great Driver Manager and Dispatches promptly.
Still a lot to learn when riding solo.
Direct Deposit sent out rapidly along with pay stubs sent to email, good benefits, great pay.

The company is great as long as Eric isn't your drive manager. He's always getting dates wrong, doing everything last second, doesn't bother to check his emails or check on his drivers properly& even gives wrong loads. Really surprised he is even there.

If you enjoy wasting 3 hrs before starting your trips this is the job for you also if you get a live load at Laredo tx. And you can make it to Laredo by Saturday you will have to sit until Monday sense they always are lives unloads for Monday so goodbye weekend not sure what happen to this company it use to be better.

Not recommended. This place has trainers that rather get more money for more miles than actually train.manipulate the system (hours/ and etc. And when brought to recruiters attention recruiters think it's BS. Check the delivery dates people the proof is there if your so ignorent to see what your drivers are doing then its on you not the trainee. Walk away and go with a better company in orientation they say one thing but when you start training its another gone for 6-7 days straight at a time they jeopardize your license its true they have been cited for violations of service laws. My husband had a bad experience from this company and its not right and that's the truth. So disappointed.

When hiring a worker, they don’t do complete background check until you’re about to get in the truck. They give you a crummy, filthy, smelly truck, and se d you off OTR without all the important numbers to dispatchers. Your local dispatcher may or may not get back to you in a timely manner. When asking to get an extra day off, your dispatcher tells you that “everyone’s got work bro. ” no duh! If the trucker didn’t need the job he wouldn’t be getting the short end of getting topped at 42cents When you’re an experienced driver. Hence why they have a high turnover rate in drivers! Plus the hiring personnel Mirna has resting face and doesn’t know how to be cordial and deal customer service. Complete turn off! Makes drivers look elsewhere even before getting on the truck.

I called Spirit Truck Lines because one of their truck drivers was tailgating me and other vehicles from San Benito all the way through Harlingen and when I called Spirit to report them the safety advisor could care less gave me an attitude like it's my responsibility? Today it is cold and raining and we should drive to the conditions and tailgating!?
I called DPS hopefully they catch up with them and talk to both of them be 4 they KILL some one we love.
Over all, I wouldn't trust this company as to SAFETY?
