Splash Station reviews
16Life guard staff are always attentive to each of their respective areas, pool is clean and snacks are reasonably priced. We went one Saturday and immediately were called out of pool due to inclement weather. The front gave me a pass for the 6 people I paid for because we didn’t get to swim top notch crew
Love this place and love to come swim here only bad thing is lifeguards can be very rude at people who don't follow the rules I understand they need to follow it but screaming and yelling at the person isn't the right way to enforce the rules.
Good fun for the family especially the smaller ones. A bit small but fairly reasonably priced.
Have a day off work, check for things to do with my daughter before she starts school and found this website that said open and closes at 7pm. My daughter and I are excited and get ready and pick up a friend of hers and we get here and they are closed. The look of two very sad girls is a feeling I don't wish an anyone. Change the damn website!
With the springiest diving board. Two separate pools a couple of good water slides. And very helpful staff. And the price was unbelievable. In a time of over priced everything. It was nice to relax and swim.
Great place to take the kids and inexpensive just get there early enough for a shaded spot. They could use more shade there.
I was very happy to see the lifeguards communicating well. It's only $6 to get in.
Plus, It was clean. I had a great birthday party with my nephew.
Great place to take your kids. It's also affordable for the whole family. Fun, relaxing, and great for summers in Texas.
I am so sad to write this review. I’ve wanted to try splash station all summer, but we left disappointed. We went on a Wednesday at 2pm in July and it was PACKED! I can get over a crowd, but the pool water I can’t forgive. It had bugs, hair and leaves. Sadly, it was the cloudiest public pool I’ve ever been to. The children’s play area has seen better days. It was covered in water residue and the slide was shut down. The lifeguards were friendly and there was a lot of them. Fingers crossed it gets a good cleaning.
I had the incredible pleasure of spending a fabulous Thursday afternoon here with family. Everyone from the gate throughout was sooooo nice! One of the kids said "it was the best day of her life"! Awwwww. I won't go quite that far, but I will say it was amazingly great and we'll be back.
Affordable, well maintained, friendly staff overall a great experience. The slides were fun a great add on to this park. Life guards all attentive and professional. The snack option are great for the type of park, also the bathrooms were super clean. I was expecting a smelly bathroom but was so happy to see such a clean bathroom/Shower area. From NYC and this shows me how different and well maintained places like this are.
Will keep coming here with my friends and family.
Thank you for the great time and for 4th of July it was run well.
Great entry price, and lots of activities to do especially for the low price!
I have a lot of great memories of this place as a kid, and coming back recently with my boyfriend was great.
If I have kids in the future, I'd take them here frequently during the summer if the park stays at this good quality:)
We took our 2 year old and she had a blast! Lots of lifeguards, super affordable admission, and the park was clean! Great day
Nice little community pool with two slides, a diving board, and a splash station. Life guards are on-duty and maintain an hourly accountability check. On-site concessions and plenty of places to sit or suntan. Affordable day passes and memberships are available for year-round use. Not too busy during our weekday (Thursday) visit.
The lifeguards will whistle at a father carrying his daughter on his shoulders in the pool but they don’t do or say anything to rowdy middle schoolers being rough with a 2nd grader or pushing an adult - both strangers- under water in the lazy river. There’s something wrong with that picture.
Aside from stupid things like that that, I like bringing my family here. It is cheap and a nice way to beat the heat without going far from home.
Water was DISGUSTING. I have been coming here since they opened almost 15 years ago and have never seen it so bad. The water had everything you could name in it. Plastic, crickets, spiders, straws, bandaids. And the water was wayyyyy to WARM. And whats made it all worse is 2 days later my whole family has a fever and is throwing up. We did not get a sunburn we used spf 100 every 30 mins. We were only there for 1.5 hours. I hope this review helps jump start their cleaning. I'd love to come back when its CLEAN.
