Splendid Dental performed a "deep clean" on me without my consent or knowledge. When I figured out my teeth were not actually being normally cleaned, I ended the session. They keep sending me bills for this. I filed a grievance with my insurance company. In response, Splendid Dental sent them FALSIFIED RECIPTS that they reimbursed my money and 'they made it right'. 1. I never paid for the non-consented to procedure 2) I keep getting a bill for something they said was 'reimbursed'. Furthermore the dental hygienist and front desk staff were unprofessional and abrasive.

Great office! Awesome Doctor who thoroughly explained every detail and super nice staff! I recommend this office!

Splendid Dental Care has always taken great care of me. I have kept up with my appointments because their staff keep me coming back, their office is very comforting!

This place has gone downhill so bad in the last year or so.
Today, we waited almost an hour past our appt time before we were seen.
When we tried to check out, the guy didn't say anything at all. We stood there for over 5 minutes waiting on him. I had asked for a school note and it was going to be a wait to get one.

They are charging fees directly to patients regardless of insurance. My insurance covers well checkups 100%, yet they were charging almost $20 as a fee. He tried to tell me it was so they didn't have to raise their prices.by raising their prices?

It's also impossible to get ahold of anyone on the phone. Good luck. We are done with this office.

Took my baby’s to the dentist yesterday they did a good job they was patient with them threw the Whole service. Now mind you that my youngest was 4 Aja really worked with him doing the x-rays he sat there let her take the X-rays. During the cleaning process he let Cindy the hygienist do his cleaning like a big boy. Then when Dr Tatini came he was a little nervous but he set threw the whole exam. Splendid dental you rock. Thank you for your service

Good service and my hygienist Cindy is great. Even with the construction on 1960, getting to the office is not hard. The office itself is always clean and orderly. Whenever I’ve called the office the phone has always been answered by a friendly voice (after the requisite button pushing of course) and my needs/requests addressed. All of the staff at the front desk have always been kind and responsive. Although I have never had to wait long for my appointments, the waiting room has televisions in it for entertaining one’s self or children during your appointment.

I took my daughter, Morgyn, in for her cleaning. Cindy was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had in regards to the procedure. She checked with insurance before anything extra was done and let me know what the costs would be. I definitely recommend Cindy for all cleanings!

Cindy was so helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all questions and kept me at ease during the entire visit! I enjoyed my visit with her!

My wife and I both went in for a cleaning and we’re both looked over quickly and told we’d have to come back a different day for a cleaning which has never happened to me before. I’ve always had a cleaning done on the same day as the appointment.

Then brought my kids in for their appointments and, apparently, no one works there. About 15 waiting to check in and one lady running around and ignoring everyone waiting. We ended up leaving after waiting from 1: 30 until 2: 00 (2: 00 was their appointment and still nobody there). Tried to call multiple times but no one answered the phone either. Truly awful customer service.

Edit: i have changed my rating because all i was trying to do was reschedule an appointment. I understand having to put someone on hold but after 10 minutes without hearing from a human being i hung up and called back just to ask "what's a good time to try and reschedule an appointment? ".
the lady who put me on hold 10 minutes ago must have left the office because the phone just kept ringing for 5 minutes straight before i gave up.
Hours later and I still can't get anyone to answer the phone to reschedule an appointment. I just hope they don't try to penalize me when I don't show up.
I take my daughter to this dentist and I am very happy with their service. My daughter is young and was afraid for her first visit at this clinic. The staff was understanding and patient with her, until she was smiling and playing with them at the end. Also I had forgotten the school's oral health paperwork and they gave me the option to email it so I didn't need to waste a trip back. They had it completed and sent it back 20 min later. I will only be using this dentist for my daughter.

Terrible! Tried to reschedule me twice on an inconvenience on their part. Then when I finally arrived to my appointment at my scheduled time (confirmation text sent 1 day prior with my confirmed time) they stated they can’t service me because I was past my appointment time. Although I was 15 min early to my appointment. The manager acted like she did even want to speak to me to resolve the situation but instead acted irritated at a job profession she choose. I will be gladly taking my business somewhere else.

I wish I can give negative 100 star. The billing department for pediatric is terrible. I can’t never get anyone to answer the phone. My son still out of care after no one at the clinic submit PA for the procedure.

Cindy was great! She answered each question that I asked and gave me feedback on the appointment.

Hygienist Cindy is polite and helpful. Receptionists Ms. Caroline is ALWAYS pleasant. Professional and clean environment. Would recommend
