I love the online check in through the app. When you get there, your name is up on the screen with the amount of minutes you have remaining before your haircut. Saves a bunch of time!

Vanessa did a great job, I will recommend her 100%. Very paciente and detailed on her work. She listens when you ask her to do a hairstyle and does exactly what you want.

The online check in is still a problem for me but once i get apt with Marissa all is good.she is very competent and I keep coming back because of her.and being old the coupons you send me help with the expense

Marissa and Shelly both do a fantastic job and make you feel very comfortable while getting a haircut. They take their time and do not rush you out of the chair. They always ask if everything looks good before you leave.

Cut my sons bowl cut. Had her fix it once only to go home and fix it again. You should take pride in your work. Also that's why I told you to cut his hair dry.

Almost all of my haircuts here have been great. My best advice to avoid a bad haircut is when you get someone great, stick with them!

Great place! A little pricey, but just got the best haircut I’ve ever had from Anthony. He was super helpful with product suggestions as well!

The experience was bad.and I am never stepping foot in any sports clips. The pricing was deceptive and disingenuous. I presented a coupon upfront for $10 off and confirmed that they will accept it. Post haircut, the hairdresser charged the MVP pricing despite the fact that I refused any MVP services. Hairdresser bumped up the pricing to MVP so I cannot effectively use the coupon. Interestingly, it was the second time that I had the bad customer experience. I think this is not isolated to the hairdresser and sports clips encourage this behavior.

Always friendly, always clean. Haircuts are reasonably priced and I would recommend this location.

3 minutes to open its cold and windy outside. They make you wait outside. At least take names and let people wait inside. I went somewhere else i was a regular im gone for good!

Supercuts el dorado and 423. It wasnt yet 11am.they let me in and started cutting. Misty was super nfriendly. My hair is a bit tricky due to radiation and chemo but misty knew exactly what to do. Bye bye sports clips! ’

Anthony was friendly, detail oriented, and made me feel comfortable. A+ hair cut. Will be coming back.

I love the online check in. I checked in at home and was called right when I arrived. I'll always get a super hair cut and friendly people. Sports Clips is a home run!

I've been taking my sixth grader here lately and the haircuts aren't bad. But we're not going back. The cash register wasn't working, so they tried to run my card though a cell phone credit card app but it didn't work. I told her we're going to Target and I'll get some cash and bring it back. A little later (about 45 minutes), while I was checking out at Target, the gal called to say they were closing in 15 minutes. I told her I was just finishing up at Target and would be right there. To which she responded, "If you're not here at five o'clock we'll be calling the police. " Walked across the parking lot five minutes later and paid cash. Won't patronize the place again.

Waited 30 minutes outside and the manager did not show up so they could not open the cash draw which means customers are out of luck. What they should have done is start giving free hair cuts due to the inconvenience

I had very bad experience with hair stylist MICHELLE, who did the hair cut for my 4 year old son.
First, when we walked in there was no one waiting. I checked into the Kiost and the board said "On the floor". Michelle was sitting at the front desk and asked me to take a seat and wait. We were called to the chair after almost 15 minutes. Michelle was sitting behind the front desk all the while.
Second, She was very rude my son and completely impatient to my son to stay still. She neither wanted me to come close to him to pacify him (Becuase it was her work space and she wanted space around my son to move around). Nor would she be polite to my son to stop moving.

I have been a sports clip customer for 4 years now. Never experienced something like this before.

Anthony cut both my boys hair both of them have very difficult hair and he has great ideas and explained very well why he was making the changes and they both look great! He also set my expectations of how often I need to bring them back so they didn't have the same troubles. I loved all the info! And again they both look fantastic!

Make sure to use their internet check-in process prior to showing up, because walk-ins are treated like dirt at this location; tossed to the back of the line even though "check-ins" hadn't shown up yet. This location is super busy; result sheep shearing focused approach. Quick solution, drive to Little Elm location in the Lowes strip mall on Eldorado & 423; better service as they aren't as busy, and yes - give in; us the internet check-in process to get service. Who would of thought it possible; walk-ins are now a second class customer at Sport Clips. Time to start thinking where I take my business next.

This afternoon around 3: 30 it was a heavy rain and I was waiting for a parking spot at the parking lot. I had my turn signal on and suddenly a car took that place, when I told that lady that was my spot, she was upset an make rude faces and gestures. My husband went in to ask her why she took the spot and insisted it was hers. I let the manager know the situation but did nothing about it. It was rude and seems they don’t care about their customers. I WAS a customer of yours, but after this display of rudeness I don’t believe I’ll be back.
