Had a great experience. Had not been to a barber in year's, they were very nice and did a great job. I will be going back.

Shout out to Taylor super sweet gal, always in a cheery mood she always cuts my boyfriend's hair, and does a great job. He and I went this past weekend and she didn't disappoint. Great fading skills!

Was just there to get my usual neck and sideburns trim. As soon as I sat down and told the employee I only wanted a trim she seemed annoyed and her attitude changed, my guess is she thought I just wanted a free trim which is usually free, BUT I always ask to leave a tip at the end. So she started asking me (with an attitude) if I usually go there to get my actual haircut which I said no and explained to her I haven’t gotten a haircut recently I usually just come here to get a trim since I been growing my hair out. So she told me it’ll be $5 which I said that’s fine and so I was explaining how I normally get my sideburns cleaned up and even showed a picture. She kept rudely asking me how I wanted it at this point the attitude was obvious so I asked if everything was okay and If she was having a bad day. She proceeded to take off the cape and denied me service I gladly go up and left. Been coming to this Sports Clips for almost two years and never had a employee act so rude guessing it was because she thought I just wanted a free trim, but like I said I ALWAYS ask to leave a tip at the end. Did not get the hairstylist name but it was around 1: 45pm Thursday she was on the heavier side. If I could I would leave 0 stars. I think it is inappropriate to treat someone differently just based on the type of service they request for. I hope no other customer has to deal with this.

I walk in with my husband and they told me will be 12 minutes wait. I wait 55 minutes and when there was one stylist available she went to help the other stylist instead of taking us that we were the next customer in line. Awful customer service.

We often come to this location to get both kids haircuts no issues in the past 2 years today was awful we got a stylist with the worst attitude (thin Caucasian mid to late 40s dark medium straighten hair) she sends my son who is 11 and autistic back to me with a half done haircut and hair all over him I proceeded to ask her if she could fix the issues and she went on to tell me how he wouldn’t sit still and that SHE told me the last time we were there to tell her about him not liking water being sprayed at him (hence that should have been in the notes from 2 years ago) it took a lot to not loose my composure at no point during the haircut being given did she call me over to inform me he was being “difficult “ she then stated well you can stand there and keep him calm I said I would and then she threw her hands in the air and told her manager I’m not doing this you can do it and stormed off like some teenager very unprofessional the manager did fix my son’s haircut and was kind but that “Karen” needs to go

Came back with both boys had great cuts The manager Rebekah made the experience great I appreciate her she took care of my autistic son dealt with his quirk’s very professional she’s amazing
