This place is the reason caps were invented! Seems odd that every time I try to give this franchise another try, I always end up with the “stylists” that has apparently never wielded a pair of scissors before.
Devin couldn't follow simple instructions on how I wanted to cut my hair, she did the complete opposite of what I wanted and cut it nearly all off. After I told her I didn't like it at all she "tried to fix it" but she made it even worse. I don't recommend this place.
My child wanted a haircut with short sides and Long on top, they ended up making everything short and its not even close to the picture we showed them. I do not recommend this place. I don't even want to get them 1 star. He's really epset and embarrassed about his haircut that he wants to hide his head with a hat at school
