Sport Clips Haircuts of Dallas - Old Town

After a year and 4 months because of the pandemic, I returned to Sport Clips and received a perfect haircut made by Myra. She's an excellent professional!

1st visit, got full treatment with hot towel, massage, worth every penny. Good cut, beard trim, shampoo, etc. Definitely a return

Highly recommend Jennifer at this location. She knows how to cut men’s hair. She was able to fix my hair after a disastrous haircut I received at a different institution. Thank you!

The app and check in was good. Started on time. Have the stylist instructions for a basic haircut. Problem began when she finished. I asked for a mirror and comb and found the left side chopped so badly I had a near bald spot with a chunk of hair above it. I said this looks terrible! She said well, your hair grows in different directions there. I said I’ve never in my life had my hair chopped like that! She says well, what do you want me to do now? I said “you’re the barber. You need to fix it somehow. ” She said Whoa! Whoa indeed! She used thinning shears which split end and makes hair frizzy. It looked a little better but I don’t need attitude with my bad haircut. I like Sport Clips but I’ll never use this location again!

Didnt know how to do a proper fade and tried making my edge up a circle’d shape. Had I not said anything and stopped the haircut it would have been a lot worse

He tried to charge me double! Watch out! He offered me a shampoo while he was cutting my hair. I declined. He told me that my haircut comes with a shampoo whether I want it or not. I did not know what he meant. I never get the shampoo so I declined again. Then when we got to the register he tried to charge me for the most expensive haircut. He knew all he did was use the clippers on me. It was probably the quickest cut he did all day. It was the same haircut I always pay $17 for at every other Sports Clips location. He tried to charge me $30. He rang me up got the most expensive hair cut with the shampoo and massage. I complained and the manager came and changed the charges. How many people do those two try this with every day? How many times have they gotten away with it.

As soon as I was able to get my haircut after the shut down this was the quickest place I could get into. Victor, did a great job and if it were more convenient I'd be back to see him.

There employees always know what haircut I want because they keep it on file convenience a nice service and they go above and beyond I'd recommend this for anybody who has kids too because they will go above and beyond

Been here alot. Most times are great. This last time will be my last. Stopped in for a trim before a holiday party, and received a buzz cut from a man named Nacho who I could not communicate with effectively. Be cautious and proceed slowly is my advice.

Not really a bad place just not a very good job at all on my hair cut. Didn't cut enuff at all.

I had a really great experience at this location. I loved the whole experience, head massage was nice and my hair turned out perfect. It is a little pricey so it might not work for those on a tight budget, but I promise it is worth every penny!

Excellent service at this location. Near my house and staff has been very accommodating. Online check-ins make this hair cut errands much more simple.

Keona is the one to go to! She was very helpful with finding the right cut for my boyfriend who always got a buzz cut anytime he went somewhere for a haircut. Definitely recommend this place for those who have never been to Sports Clips. Great first experience here!

Haircut took quite a long time for just a normal haircut (not the wait, the actual haircut). More of an issue is this place requires you to pay for the hot towel and shampoo, a normal haircut is not an option.

I've tried everywhere in Dallas but keep coming back here. I like a basic cut with all scissors and don't like when places turn a haircut into a spa. It costs $23 which isn't great but at least it is consistent and I'm always satisfied with the cut.

Friendly staff and a good hair cut. Could do with less up selling but the do not try too hard when you are not interested.
