I was concerned going here after reading the reviews but I was pressed for time so I gave it a shot.

I didn't have a chance to sign online before arriving but I was able to beat the other online check-ins. Minimal wait due to other customers being completed.

Selected the MVP experience. Includes haircut, shampoo massaged in, with face towel (make sure you're comfortable with the water & towel temp) while sitting in an electric massage chair. Back to the styling chair for a quick (less than 2min) upper back/shoulder massage using a massager gun. Really, only down side seemed to be loud locker slamming after customer clean ups.

Overall, I got a great cut and enjoyed the relaxing perks. I think there is new staff here which makes most of the older negative reviews obsolete. Price was about on par with others offering the same services. Timing was about 20-30 mins for the entire visit.

Check in online said 25 mins, got there 10 mins later. Instead of it saying 15 mins (or close to) left when I got to the store it said 50 mins now. Great way to trick customers into coming into your store. Not only that it's said 25 mins for 10 mins now. What's the point of even estimating the time when you clearly have no idea. Not to mention they have employees just sitting around watching TV.

Lisa is a total pro! She knows how to really make a cut pop and takes the time to get it right. Highly recommend!

Usually they do a good job, however I just went in today. No one greeted me (they usually do) which I don’t necessarily mind, but with only 2 people in front of me, it took them an hour just to skip me.

Very disappointed, I’m very familiar with their sign in process, and saw my name on the screen when I signed in.

I’m sure it was a mistake but I shouldn’t have to wait an hour when it’s slow just to be skipped over. Will be looking for other places to go.

Lined up and made appointment on the app and was told I was next in line only to get skipped

Second time I have walked into this location in the last 6 months and there has been a 3+ hour wait. A few people with appointments no showed so we made it in just over an hour and a half. Stylist was great. Very nice and good. Only 2 stylists working. If there is a wait issue maybe it would be a good idea to bring in 1 more stylist.

The first time I went to Sports Clips I had my hair cut by Mykalah one of the stylists there. I’ve been going back ever since and asking for Mykalah. Mykalah knows what she’s doing and has a great attitude. My haircut always comes out looking smooth. The establishment is very clean and well-kept. I will continue to go back.

Girl with painted on freckles is awful at cutting hair i asked for a simple clean up and she ended up ruining my hair before I’m supposed to be the best man at a wedding

I had someone ask me after the haircut if I did it myself.

They got my haircut completely wrong and gave me a 0 on the sides. It would’ve been fine if they hadn’t given me attitude after the fact.

I wouldn’t give this place a chance unless you like having your hair completely ruined. Spend your money elsewhere.

Not very busy, but still had to wait 35 minutes to be taken care of. Not a great haircut, and pretty expensive for what they did. The stylist didn't know what a regular business cut was.

Was getting a haircut by a trainee and had a seizure during the cut. I really appreciate how her and her trainer went above and beyond to ensure I was okay.
For the green haired trainee, I'm sorry I don't remember your name, you did an amazing job and thank you so much for seeing I was alright.
By far 10 out of 5 stars for all of them, 20 out of 5 for the trainee.

I am extremely unhappy, when someone asks for a trim and you cut almost two inches of their hair off that is unnecessary. Keep in mind this is a male, not a female. Very displeased.

I got a basic haircut from here and showed her a photo. My hair looked good, since it was wet, but once my hair dried; there were pieces that weren't cut right. The last time I was here, it was the perfect cut. My hair is very thin, and I guess it just depends on the person cutting your hair. No matter what, they should make sure that everything is trimmed properly.

I love that you can check in online. I waited less than five minutes for my stylist. Allyson does a great job!
