New stylist and she was nervous and not listening. My haircut did not turn out the way I wanted it to. A senior stylist finished the haircut and it looks good just not what I was expecting.
They always do a great job on my 8 year old son (he's not a fan of haircuts).
Terrible. The online check in system doesn't work and the people working couldn't figure out how to fix the issue. Instead of creating a workaround they disrupted other customers experience while they tried to figure out how to fix the system.
Hello, First time today walked into Sport Clips no Online appointment. Lucky me I got Kim and she was fantastic. I will be back and I would definitely recommend Kim everyday. Takes her time and smiles, explains other options.
Fairly happy with the haircuts I’ve received, but customer service has been a bit strange. I’ve been to this location twice and the first time, I was hit on by one of the cosmetologists. The second time, I had to listen to the woman doing my hair tell me about her house being flooded over Christmas and complaining that her customers are “lazy because they don’t tip enough to cover her $5500 deductible. ”
I tried to empathize and just offer my condolences for the situation, but it continued until my haircut and beard trim was finished. I’m a firm believer that you should always tip when you can, but I felt that I was being pressured to tip and tip heavy. That’s also just a bit TMI, not that a person isn’t allowed to just get something off of their chest, but as a customer, I don’t want to come in and be greeted with negativity. I’m always happy to carry on conversation and I love speaking with people, but I felt really uncomfortable with the entire experience. Decent haircuts but if I’m gonna be hit on and have to sit through uncomfortable conversation, I’d rather not return.
