I checked in online and arrived 5 min before my estimated hair cut time. As i am signing into the kiosk to let them know I am here, I get a text message stating that I am next. My name on their monitor also stated that I was next up. I go and take a seat while the hair stylist is checking a customer out, to wait for my name to be called. After about 3 to 4 min, I look up from my phone and my name now says I have a 27 min.wait. What's the point of checking in online if you are going to be skipped? Go some place that actually values your time instead of here.

Was trying to get my 21 month olds hair cut. Clearly said he won’t sit by himself for a cut and they ignored and tried a booster and when he was screaming no no they said their policy states it’s a liability issue to have them sit on a parents lap. Not sure what sad excuse that is but I’ll never go there for business.

My son loves the treatment he receives at sports clips. Kita is absolutely amazing and he is always happy with his hair cut each and every time.

The check in system is completely bogus. I check in online, and go in to wait an hour and a half, while everyone who comes in after me is taken back before me, then get told I’ve been in store so long that I’m no longer checked in. Decided to just leave. Ive gone 3 times, and the system has never made sense, but at least I left with a haircut the first 2 times. They lost my business for good this time.

This woman who had a child at home cut my hair a year or so ago and honestly I should of asked her for her number she was so beautiful hahahaha she took really good care of me and my beard definitely 9.8/10 would recommend

When I showed up I looked like the unabomber had a baby with harey care and I paid an arm and leg for it at high dollar saloon. MarKeeta fixed it better than ever imagined, made me feel welcome, relaxed and by the time I left I was not just a new man but a new loyal customer. With this new hair do I had the courage to get a better paying job, dump my nagging wife, and with my free time I learned cpr which I used to save 2 special needs kids from drowning that i was able to adopt. All because of Kita and her magical haircuts. The way her fingers deftly fly around my scalp while both being matronly yet approachable is poetic. She makes these clips Sporty!
