My son and I went to the store yesterday and we where greeted with the most rudest lady, if I’m correct it was the assistant manager! I was so mad that she made me curse at her after her being so dang rude. I will be calling corporate today. She needs to be fired asap! We will never go back! Oh ya and she also called me a Narco, which I own my company which consists of personal training!

Great service and friendly environment for the price. A lot of places charge 50+ for something that isn’t as good.

I like this location because no matter who I see I've never had a bad cut. But this most recent time I had Deysi and she was amazing! She listened to what I wanted and some of the issues I've had in the past and she gave me what I was looking for. She also really helped me with my beard. The beard is new for me and I was still trying to figure out how I liked it. Deysi recommend a #2 on the goatee and a #4 on the sides. I was hesitant because the #2 seemed like it would be really short and it was such a big difference from the #4. But she was confident it would look good so I trusted her and I'm really glad I did because it's perfect! I will definitely be seeing Deysi from now on.

Today I went and got a haircut at the Springcreek location. I was welcomed in and only waited a few minutes. Deysi was the stylist and she did a great job on my hair! She was professional, friendly, fun to talk to, and cut my hair just like I asked her to. I will be going back again and recommend her highly!

My son has some motor and cognitive issues. The woman cutting his hair was short and impatient with him. I wish I took her name, but he was embarrassed and just wanted to leave. I won't be taking him back.

Took my disabled dad, who is paralyzed on one side and has difficulty speaking to get a haircut here today, and Deysi did an amazing job! She was quick and very kind to him, he enjoyed getting to speak a little Spanish with her and showing her pictures of his family from his phone. He's thrilled with how good his hair looks now, and we will definitely be back to get another cut from Deysi next time he needs one!

Its been a couple months since I last got my haircut Valerie (Val) really took care of me today other than sharing some stories with me, made sure I was happy with my hair before I left the chair and gave me a awesome mvp experience

Crystal the manager was amazing. She cut my and my son’s hair. And she did a great job. Sport Clips is a cut above all else.

Went to rockwall location before and his haircut was perfect. Here though, the fade on my son's haircut could have been better. And then not remembering he asked for MVP. And when "done", his hair wasn't dried at all, I had to ask for it to be done. Nice lady, but service could have been better.

I will give zero rating, but i dont have that option. Working lady name lydia is very rude to me. The reason why sports clips ask us to create account, so that they can have history of previous haircut. I walked in today, she said i dont have history what you need? I said medium and i dont know the number. She said YOU SHOULD KNOW, well then why you working there? After haircut, i said cut little more shorter and she responded like you need to let me know initially. Please try to respect customers and if you dont like respecting customers, please dont deal with it. Over all this store sucks and NOT RECOMMENDED

Had my 4 year old son there and they did a good job on his thin blonde hair, which is difficult for most to cut without looking choppy.

Been coming here for years. Shauntai has always been FANTASTIC!
