Very professional staff! Other than a wait in an exam room for 35-40 minutes, Dr. Young and his medical care was great!

Receptionist and medical technician were welcoming, courteous and professional. Dr. Hector U. Lopez is the best. Reviewed my situation and addressed all my concerns and scheduled next steps in addressing my hip problem.

Dr. Girling is first class in every way. Friends are amazed at my recovery after each knee replacement. His support staff reflect his excellence. I am 81 years old; my physical therapists state that mine is that ideal outcome many hope to have. Only God could have led me to this man. I weeded out several highly recommended surgeons before I prayed for guidance to the best.

Thankful for Dr. Young and his staff! He has worked on all of our family’s knees. He is THE knee doctor! He is technically very proficient along with a great bedside manner. He is very kind! I highly recommend Dr. Young and Sports Medicine Associates!

Dr. Young happened to be at the Boerne office on this day, so it was a TELEMED appointment. All went well!

I didn’t have any problem parking and entering the facility. Very helpful not to have to use parking garage and then walk five miles.

Dr Young is amazing! My knee was swollen & I had difficulty walking. He prepped my knee & drained the fluid in minutes-pain free! His staff is friendly & will trained. The office is beautiful and has plenty of free parking. I recommend SMASA of Boerne to all my friends.

So far my experience has been very positive. The facility is relatively new and clean. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. That's important as I just had my first surgery other than tonsils when I was very young. I'm now pushing 70. So I was very apprehensive. Shoulder surgery couldn't have gone better. Dr. Steffen is very comfortable to talk to. Makes eye contact throughout. Explains and answers questions in a way that you understand. Once this shoulder heals, I go in and see him for the other.

The 5-stars does not come close to describing the experiences I have had with Dr. Curtis and the staff. I felt like I had a voice in my recovery. I gained knowledge after every visit. I am now fully recovered and would recommend this practice! It’s unfortunate that I have to be injured to interact with this team, but I will always remember the time I was under their care.

Received incorrect diagnosis. Was scheduled for the wrong surgery. The surgery would have put an ending to my physical abilities. I really dodged one huge bullet!

Dr. McCurly is amazing and provides exceptional patient care. He truly cares for each of his patients and has a more holistic even Christian like approach, which I LOVE about him.
