8This is the best place ever, from Mallory at the front desk, to Ashley, PT tech to Sarah A, PT, as well as everyone else in the facility. My Dr suggested PT before surgery, and I am fully functional with what they have done and the home program they have set up for me. I highly recommend these amazing professionals, as I have had back problems for years.
I had a great experience at this location (Windom Ct). Sarah, the physical therapist, is dedicated and was able to target specific muscle groups through individually-designed exercises. She also used cupping and dry needling with e-stim to restore functionality. Appointments are double booked, so your time will be shared between a tech and the therapist, but the therapy room is small enough that the therapist can generally catch, and correct, any poor-form during your exercise. I’ve been to a variety of PTs in the Plano area, and Sarah has been the most dedicated and informative PT so far.
Have been going to Sportscare & Rehab for almost 20 years now. They have been incredible with aches, pains, and surgery rehabs that have come up with aging. Every family member of mine in Dallas has been to see Jake and his company and been healed. All of the people there are both competent and very friendly! Can’t say enough about them and would very highly recommend!
