Sportsmobile Texas Inc reviews
7 Unsatisfied with the quality of work/products used on my conversion. I’ve had too many repairs on my road trips that make no sense considering the amount of cash I paid to have it done by Sportsmobile. No use of my water tank, pump or running water after 6 months on the road. Water damage to my floor. Already repaired once and within 30 another issue. Cabinet issues. Sliding drawer under bed horrifying experience. Air/fan cracked fell out of ceiling. Ya, way to many repairs in such a short time. I paid cash for my conversions and I wanted quality not cheap and made that clear. Not a happy camper. Had my vent replaced while in Montana. Had my cabinet doors cut because they sat right on the floor. Should give at least 2” in height from the floor.

Unless you have a ten thousand dollar minimum project you want done they unfortunately won’t give you the time of day. Needed a rooftop ac in my van to keep animals cool and was basically told it wasn’t worth their time. Go else where
Started process to build custom van. They had very good reviews. However, during process did not feel comfortable and decided to go with another company. Representative we worked with didn't answer questions with knowledge and p
Build sheet was not as discussed or submitted through online. They were disorganized.
Years ago I did reprints for this company and I always wanted one myself I couldn't afford it of course but anybody who can should definitely get one
After waiting nearly 2 weeks playing the email tag game, while asking multiple times about specific detailed pricing, with no direct response, I get a call on 2nd week from someone who apparently was a sales rep, but obviously inexperienced, & decides they don't "want to work with me" within the first minute of our phone call that I've waited 2 weeks for. If this is how they treat their potential customers, I'd hate to see how they treat others who aren't willing to hand them over $150k without asking for breakdowns a Bad people here!
We had a good experience, being total rookies to the rv marketplace. Very helpful and it is a first rate facility.
