Spot Pet Salon & Wash, Prosper TX

My kids and I did the self-service bath, and it was lots of fun. They provided everything, the lady was super helpful and friendly, and my dog was nice and clean when we where finished. It's a nice way to spend time with your pet and/or a bonding activity with the kids. I will be coming back for the washes in between grooms.

My 7 lb poodle and 15 lb chihuahua love their time at Spot Pet Salon! They always come home feeling so chipper!

They did an amazing job with my Daisy dukes! Shes a mini Goldendoodle! We were out of town for a month and her sitter did not brush her: (she had some matting I worried she was gonna be a naked after her grooming. They gave her a stylish cut that’s perfect for the summer! I’m so happy! Fair prices!

Wow! Is an understatement. Not only was Jay gentle and amazing with our poodle’s cut, the check-in and check-out experience was out of this world calming and educational. You have a repeat customer for sure now!

I can tell every employee here is a dog lover. They take the time to comfort my dog when they see how nervous she is. They always do a great job grooming her! I highly recommend Spot!

Spot is a lifesaver for my SheepaDoodle! He has skin issues and their therapy baths are better than all the meds we’ve tried! Staff is fantastic and they all love him like their own! Highly recommended!

Spot Pet Salon groomers are caring and attentive to my dogs. They leave the salon happy and looking fabulous!

Hate leaving bad reviews but I just don’t want anyone else to have the same experience. I left very specific instructions for the look I wanted and even showed them what I DON’T want. They agreed and said it was possible. When I went to pick up the dogs (who weren’t ready until just before they closed even though I dropped them off 4 hours before closing time) they asked for payment and gratuity before I got my dogs. When dogs came out they were groomed exactly how I asked them NOT to be cut around the face and looked ridiculous. I showed her the images that I asked for and she said “that isn’t possible with this breed”. Not only have I had the same cut somewhere else before but the groomer initially told me it was possible! If you need your dog shaved down with no style and want to pay $85 for it then this might be your place. If you want a cute cut and want to talk to a groomer who can follow instructions, this is not the place.

Been taking our 2 doodles here for years! Always greeted with friendly smiles and pups leave happy and clean!
Easy peasy booking appointments before leaving so we never have to wait for an appointment to open up- keeps them on a timely schedule! Highly recommend!

I absolutely LOVE this salon. My dog has been coming here for years and Cara is absolutely AMAZING! He is now fully blind and is very scared of other people and new situations, but Cara has always made him feel comfortable and taken such wonderful care of him. I now live an hour away and still make the drive here because it is worth it! Highly recommend!

Hello! My name is Darline Osborn. I have been bringing Sadie Belle, a toy/mini poodle -who is now 18 months -to Spot Pet Salon for quite awhile now. And I have never been disappointed. I'm very happy to have found this place! My little dog looks fabulous with the Asian fusion cuts.

Love love love Spot Pet Salon! Jay did a wonderful job grooming my 2 shih tzus! 1 of mine can be difficult. But they were great for her! Even my kids commented that her grooming skills were perfection! Love how I can text them for an appt and i get a reply right back with availability! And I don’t have to leave them all day. Just drop off 5 min before appointment and pick them up 2-3 hrs later. It’s a very professional and well run business! Highly recommend!

We were not happy with our first groom here. Notified them and they switched groomers for us. We LOVED his second!

We love taking our dogs here! They use quality shampoos and conditioners that are not toxic. They are very professional, and always cheerful. When we arrive we highly recommend!
