Spout Car Wash, Houston TX

Had to cancel my membership and was charged again even after canceling. The guys working at the location couldn't figure out why, and there was no one else to contact regarding the matter. Had to call my bank to get them to investigate the charge and to block future payments to them.

William has been there for me since day. One when I first got out my membership. He's not always there, but when he's not there. Sometimes it's this Hispanic gentleman with scars on his face. Or should I say some sort of pigmentation difference? He's got a heart of gold just like William. I have nothing bad to say about this place. I recommended to everybody I know and everybody that reads this post today. I believe it's December 2823. Things haven't changed here always immaculate service! %

Terrible service that uses broken machines. I had my car washed here around Noon on 12/29/2023. The two Hispanic workers were unprofessional and laughed at the fact that the car wash had many broken machines. Only half my car (left side) was washed as the right side of the drive through car wash had broken and stalled machines that did not wash nor dry half my car. I ended up having to drive 10 minutes to Mister Car Wash where everything was done right the first time.

William with the dread locks was great he helped me clean my car great customer service need more men like him he a real one this my second time coming and he has helped me

The only thing positive I have to say about this car wash is how conveniently placed it is right off of Richmond avenue. However if you give a damn about your paint I strongly recommend going elsewhere.
They allow any car to come through the car wash in any condition which in return damages the equipment and it is clear to me that they do not maintain their equipment.
Like I said strongly advise that you go elsewhere if you take pride in your paint jobs Houston.

It's not the job that makes a man, it's the effort a man puts into a current job that will elevate him to greater achievements in life. This fella has passion and drive. I just went, they charged me $14 and my car was poorly washed, I won't come back here again

William is awesome and very helpful! I appreciate his willingness to help me and make sure im getting the best clean in my car.

Huge fan of Spout Car washes but NOT this location. The microfiber towels were very stained and felt thick and the vacuums had very little to no suction I tried multiple vacuums but ultimately gave up. I’ll just go to a different location. My membership sticker wouldn’t read, the attendant was nice enough to enter it manually and bypass the machine. Thxs

I needed a wash for my new car. It’s $8 for the basic (silver) wash. I wanted to do it myself so I could do a better job than the other shops. It’s $8 for the basic silver package here. Maybe cheaper if you buy gas as it’s attached to a Chevron. Not sure. I think that’s usually how it goes though. There’s a guy who will wipe down the back window as it goes through. Not sure it helps much as it was just a swipe with a broom brush. He also helps guide you onto the track. There are a row of stalls to vacuum. The vacuums had a decent amount of suction. And it’s not timed. It’s free with the car wash. They had a limited number of rags you can use (free) to detail your car (limited as in they never replaced towels when the stack was out). They only have 3 bottles: one labeled protection, another labeled window, and the third labeled fragrance. I asked the guy working there if they have another bottle I could use to get all the dead bugs off because the wash didn’t do the trick. He said the one labeled “protection” is only for the inside plastic and definitely not for leather. He suggested using the one labeled “fragrance”. He said it’s a 3-in-1. It smelled nice. But I was a bit worried that it was just freshener for the car interior. It did take off the bugs. Boy I sure hope it doesn’t damage the paint though. I had a lot of fear afterwards driving home.

I love this quick & easy car wash, my attendant John was polite, guided me in & preped my car before the actual wash! Excellent Service!

Staff does a great job maintaining the area and supplies. They are also great at assisting when needed. Will is definitely always friendly and helpful.

Been a monthly user for a while and the service just gets worse and worse. Definitely wouldn’t recommend

You can clean inside of car free of charge if you buy car wash. Attendants are very cool and helpful.

Not very impressive. The brushes and sprayers only did left side of the Porsche. The attendant did a quick scrub with a brush in tunnel but didnt touch much areas. If he didnt brush once over, maybe the tunnel stuff doesnt work at all. Nearly entire right side, right side windshield all got missed and the previous rainwater drops (the reason for the car wash) remained.

Got the middle grade wash it was only okay and knocked off my passenger side mirror cover. Best part is free vacuum. I will return for that
