Very affordable and nice area. The new manager is AMAZING and very detailed and will get issues handled in no time! The staff has been helpful and made my experience stress free.

As a residents here for over a year am a half it’s been the worst experience. I always have stuff broken and they take days before they fix it. Currently having an issue with the air throwing out hot air and my apartment is like a hot box. I had to find a place for me and my kids to sleep last night because they never came to check if the damn water pump is connected! I haven’t moved because at the moment I am saving to be able to get out this hell hole. I do not recommend these apt they are the worse in every way. I also had an issue with window screen and they still haven’t fixed it and the screen is laying outside the apt. Window.

When we were apartment hunting, this property was on our list to visit and when we came by for an apt tour, we were greeted by Lesley, who let me just tell you, the kindest patient person I've came across. She answered all our questions to make sure we had no doubts about anything, she wasn't pushy about any decision making, she made us feel comfortable and right at HOME when we visited with her. The location is great for this property complex!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was trying to give them a chance. I got the keys and walked in to the dirtiest apartment they have. I spent days cleaning the cabinets, floors, restroom, etc. I was told that it had been cleaned. Carpet was supposedly shampooed. Not replaced. Everywhere else I have moved has had new carpet. I’ve made several maintenance orders for the kitchen sink leaking, the shower leaking and the list goes on. Today my apartment got flooded because a pipe ruptured in the bathroom. I was at work. It took hours for them to come and attempt to dry the floors. My entertainment center is soaked on the bottom. My carpet is wet and the whole apartment smells! The air conditioning sucks. They send emails to crack your windows open so the air can circulate. No fans or lights in the bedrooms. I’m so livid right now. And doesn’t matter what time of day it is, tenants smoke weed all day and you can smell it through the vents. The people who rent here don’t take care of the pool so it’s always getting closed. The laundry rooms are filthy and never locked. You have to clean the washer to make sure your own clothes gets cleaned. Run don’t walk/ stay away. You can find something better and cheaper. I still have 10 months on my lease. Biggest mistake of my life.

We worked with Lesley when trying to move in. She was kind and explained everything we needed to do. Worst part was some response times took more than a day and when I called the numbers provided, it went straight to voice-mail but she was more than helpful and every time we went to the leasing office, she was working hard.

I been in plenty apartments and I never had a bad experience like in these, bad customer service bad management, rude people in the office they never answer phone calls the air doesn't work, bathtub paint peeling, roaches, ants, lizardsall over the complex I don't recommend this apartments at all, plus the rent is a joke for the quality they offer

Don’t pay over $1,200 for these people to not take your living conditions serious. If you want paint peeling off your bathtubs, this is definitely the place for you. Not only are the women in the front office petty (April Lopez & Leslie), but they’re also deceitful and will gas light you into thinking otherwise. The maintenance guy margarito is a big creep towards women & had tried entering my apartment with no prior notice. Not to forget the countless times i had to go back and forth with him on the phone because he was declining to come for a maintenance request despite the office telling me it was indeed an emergency. What a joke.

I’ve been living here for about 6 months.

The first day I tried to move in, they had re-epoxy the bathtub. The chemicals were so bad I had to get a hotel room for the night, and when prompted for a refund they rejected. To me it’s a combination of poor timing and disregard for residents safety.

About two months ago there was a leak from my ceiling (picture attached) it was dated June 7th. I reported the issue through the proper channels, and they informed me it was the AC unit leaking, and that they fixed it.

About a month ago, I came home from a trip to my entire ceiling caved in inside the second bedroom (picture attached) My couch destroyed.

I reported it to the front desk immediately. The third picture attached is today. After a month of continuously trying to get this fixed and maintenance doing nothing about it, I give up.

If you have a family, do not move here. It’s unsafe, disorganized, and near impossible to get a hold of them.

They may have been a 4 star apartment complex a year ago, but that is no longer the situation.

We came across spring park while passing through the street. We went to get information and we were very well received by Lesley. She was so helpful and answered all of our questions which made us take our decision of applying here. I was very grateful because Lesley made everything easier and less overwhelming for us, which I really appreciated! Overall great experience.

Was in these apartments for 2 and a half years, highly recommend them. My whole time here never had an issue with neighbors or management.
Again haughty recommended.

In search for a new apartment and we came across Spring Park. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Lesley and she was super helpful! Made us feel comfortable from the start and answered all of our questions. Definitely recommend asking for Lesley if you’re apartment hunting.

Went to see apartments and was greeted nicely by Lesley. She was very helpful and explained all very well and her communication was on point. You wont be disappointed.
