4I am a current customer but won't be much longer. I went to my storage a few days ago to get something out and found that my sofa a mattresses are covered in rat urine and feces. I tried to call and can't get anyone on the phone. I have $2000 worth of furniture that is ruined. I have never had to deal with rats in a storage before they definitely should make people aware that they have a rat problem. Unacceptable!
Rent was raised multiple times over the last year. I went to move my things out of the unit and found rat feces and urine over the majority of my things. Completely unacceptable.
I am very satisfied with my decision to move to right move, the staff and management are on point. And the security personnel is comforting. Looks like with right move I made the right move!
My trailer got broken into, no cameras in the area I was parked.then came to find out 3 others have been broken into as well.cheap rent which was a draw for us.but beware. No other issues than that
