SpringHill Suites by Marriott Dallas Plano/Frisco

Im a bonvoy member and this was one of the worst trips Ive had thus far. Instead of accommodating us for a broken toilet that was malfunctioning on our arrival to the room they kept sending someone with a plunger to fix this during our stay. They could’ve just moved us to another room. The assistant manager was very rude over the phone.

Wonderful room, shower door didn't close. I wished there was something in the room with amenities and times they were available. Wanted to swim but it was 10pm and didn't know the pool hours and saw no signs at the door nor in the rooms.

If you are travelling to enjoy the city or for business and not just to enjoy the hotel and need a decent and clean place with a comfortable room and modern bath and open space with complimentary breakfast to start your day then Springhill Suites are your go to place.

My stay at SpingHill was quite hassle-free. Liked their breakfast menu, it had good variety of food items. They do have a free shuttle service for pick up and drops. Check-in Checkout was quick. Most importantly the place is very well located.

Great experience, friendly staff and clean spacious rooms. We had a great time! My only complaint is the pool was too cold and the jacuzzi too hot.

Before I relocated down here I used to spend on average 7-10 days in this hotel for almost 6 months.
Staff was great and always helping, always clean hotel and well kept.

The rooms were very nice, the breakfast was good, and the check-in and check-out process we're efficient. The pool was the only drawback as it was out of towels and about 10 degrees too cold. Otherwise, a good experience.

Front desk staff was super friendly and the hotel is definitely nice and in a convenient location. However the layout of the room just made no sense. If you're getting a double queen room you are obviously sharing it with other people. Yet the room has glass doors on both the bathroom and shower areas with very light privacy films the neither give full privacy nor prevent any light from going out.

Also I don't know if the sheets weren't washed or if the cleaning crew were just extra sweaty but there was a STRONG sweat odor coming from the sheets.

Dishonest staff. It's very unfortunate as it's a beautiful hotel. Left 3 items in the closet. Went back to pick up and only received 2 of the items. A brand new shirt hanging with the other 2 items was not returned. Escalated to Operations Mgr (Shoe?) who stated they trust their staff so there is no reason to believe the 3rd item was ever in the closet. She then told me she had nothing further to say and was hanging up, which she did. Contacted Marriott Corp Customer Care who took notes and said they would send the complaint back to the hotel. Shows no accountability to long time Marriott members. Guess I should be happy I at least got 2 of the 3 items back?

All the employees were great, the room was clean, breakfast was good, strong wireless signal. The room spacious and was well maintained and in good repair.
