1st class all the way. Very nice and clean. Fenced in for your pet. Parking outside your fence.

Surprisely good. Nice entryway with fish tanks.little kids loved it.never been to this brand before.nice size room, good breakfast.indoor heated pool with Jacuzzi and lift.will be back.suitr had 2 seating area with 2 separate tvs.

The location is ok. A little to far from the convention center. On the plus side, the rooms are huge! They are great for families or groups.

Clean and a nice pool for the kids, breakfast was pretty decent too. 10/10 would stay again.

This hotel Deffinitely matches for what you pay! Minus breakfast could be a little better. But for the traveling/working man this hotel was amazing with SPACIOUS rooms.

So, if you are looking for a hotel room that isn't that expensive and still nice then this is it. Their hospitality is through the roof! Breakfast is free and it's okay. The pool is good, if you are sensitive to heavily chlorinated water then the pool is not for you.

I recently stayed here for several nights on business. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. Great experience.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was always clean and the room exceeded expectations tremendously, not to mention the 24-hour availability of the gym. Just an overall amazing experience.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Springhill Suites while in the Waco area. The rooms were nice and big and the bed was comfortable. The hotel seemed very quiet and the atmosphere was pleasant. The people at the front desk were helpful when needed and made sure we had a good stay. The only negative was the breakfast. The eggs were not very good and were cold even though they were in a heated pan. Eggs, sausage, a few types of bread and some cereal were the only options. Definitely not a great breakfast.

This hotel will charge your card without authorization. Please don’t risk staying here as this is not the courteous, clean Marriott that customers are accustomed to. This is a very poor example of Marriott and gives the Marriott name a Bad representation! Total RIPOFF!

The rooms are clean. There was a hottub/bathtub in the room. The water stayed hot. The room came with nice big, smart, television. (

A small sink coffee pot
Iron, closet, complementary soap shampoo conditioner. (If you happen to need)
The breakfast was simple Buffett style. Starbucks coffee. (Just the despisers, no actual Starbucks on site.)

All in all definitely worth the price, highly recommend. Will be returning next time I have to come to Waco.

Very rude and unprofessional front desk. TV was disconnected and did not work. Cleaning service was knocking on the door at 8: 30 a.m. To clean. Place was a joke and do not recommending staying here at all.

My family members stayed here from out of town and had the worse experience ever. Very, very disappointing, being that our family always stays with Marriott Springhill Suites. We have NEVER had a bad experience until now. I called to get the corporate number, spoke with Joseph at the front desk, who stated that he does not have the number to corporate and the only person who does is the GM and he is not there. I am not sure why at 4: 00 in the afternoon the GM is not available and Joseph also stated that there is not a District Manger to speak with either. I would not recommend anyone staying here due to the customer service and uncleanliness of the rooms.

Great hotel. We were disappointed that the pool was closed because they were waiting on an inspection after redoing part of it. Wish that would show on Marriots app when booking or send a message. We honestly would have booked somewhere else that had a working pool.

Nice enough, but the breakfast is lacking and there was way too much chlorine in the pool.

All three guys that worked the front desk was very helpful.even the maintenance man was helpful.

Very nice facility, the pool was very clean, small but cozy. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was good. We will be back!
