Nasty stale $7.00 cupcake. I wondered how they could sell a fresh cupcake from a vending machine…. Now I know… they don’t. The cupcake had to 5 or 6 days old. Hard as a rock and absolutely horrible taste and consistency. They claim these are sent daily. That’s clearly not true.

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the last 2 times I've visited, the cupcake machine only had 4 options or was not working. However, when all the flavors are in stock, they are amazing! The cinnamon cupcake and the carrot cake cupcake are my favorites. Best in Houston. Not sure why some people are complaining the icing is too sweet.cupcakes are supposed to be sweet!

My family and I just left with a half dozen of various flavors of cupcakes and we LOVED them! Not only were the cupcakes moist and flavorful, but we especially loved the customer service that we received from Cathryn! She is AMAZING! ️ She was so patient, she also explained everything to us and went well above our expectations! We will definitely come back! I think our favorite was the lemon blueberry and the banana cupcakes.

I am visiting from another state and came across your kiosk at the airport. Haven't had a cupcake as delicious as yours since the last time i was in Houston. Thank you, i am buying more and taking them back home, the airport kiosk is convenient as the westheimer store is too far for me to drive.

Had strawberry and chocolate, respectively. Both had dry, almost flavorless sponge, the icings were mediocre. Much better cupcakes can be found around the city, at far better prices ($5.50+tax). The only reason to go is convenience, but after this experience, I now resolve to plan ahead whenever I see a need for late night baked goods, I will never go to sprinkles cupcakes again.

I use to come here often but had not stopped for a bit. Today I was in the area and I had my birthday perk for a free cupcake so I decided to go and get it. Normally when I have gone in the past I just tell the person at the counter what I want and scan my app, pay and go on my way. To my surprise this cannot be done anymore. I went in and the person behind the counter does not even acknowledge you at all. You have to order on their tablet, which at first I did not mind at all. Then as I am trying to add my birthday reward I cannot just add my phone number or scan my app barcode I have to LOG IN on their tablet to my account to get to use my reward (by log in yes, I mean type email and password). Excuse me I THINK NOT.so I tried to do it on my phone instead but even though I was in the location it said their earliest time for pick up was 12: 45pm (it was 11am). SERIOUSLY? I WAS SO UPSET I JUST CANCELED MY ORDER AND WALKED OUT. Not only have their prices gone up and 1 cupcake is $5.00 or higher but now you don't even get the customer service you use to. As a company, you cannot/should not go up on prices and remove the customer service and expect the customers to be okay with that. I will NOT shop with this company again, I will stick to Celebrity Cupcakes who are A. More moist and delicious
B. Less expensive
C. Do not dry/get hard a few hours after
D. Provide such great customer service
E. Use ALL organic and local ingredients

Went to visit Sprinkles today. I purchase 2 red velvet cupcakes. They were stale. The cake part was hard. Very disappointing. Should have went to Crave.

This is what I'm saying: It's 11am on a Wednesday and I place a order, for example. The order is received and is "being prepared. " Eventually, it's canceled (by Sprinkles) and then Sprinkles Highland marks itself as "Unavailable" for the rest of the day. This has happened many times recently. All I'm saying is get off of Uber Eats if I can't use Uber Eats. Because, to add insult to injury, it is not communicated as to why the order was canceled by SPRINKLES.

Owner: you suggested Uber Eats drivers are canceling orders. No. SPRINKLES is canceling the orders. I had called about this. They are turning off "third party applications" due to being "too busy" and this is why I'm complaining. It's happened several times. Please don't confuse what I'm saying. It is Sprinkles that is "turning off" the Uber Eats option.

Staff was lovely! But the cupcake was subpar, maybe the gluten free ones are better, but the chocolate marshmallow was less than great.

I have come to this place multiple times. I have seen at least 3 fights break out over parking in front of their establishment. The place has very little parking. People park and block in other cars to pick up an order right in front of the building. I have seen some major arguments and fights over people parking in front of sprinkles to pick up a cupcake lol. I have seen them block the actual entrance forcing others to drive around. Its ridiculous and unsafe in this location to pick up cupcakes. I deducted a star for safety. With being said the cup cakes are great. They are always moist and taste very good except the Matcha. The only thing Matcha bout that cupcake was the color. Customer Service great both inside and over the phone. Also. Where is the cracker jack cupcake? Sprinkles will give you every cupcake, but the cracker jack cupcake.

Listen. Harley is the only reason we still come here! After the stupid little kiosk things were installed, your poor staff doesn’t know how to greet customers and communicate about what inventory is actually in the case (because the kiosk is wrong; are we surprised?). Except Harley! We opened the door and we’re greeted cheerfully, we asked about our favorite flavors missing from the system and she made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Thank you to her!

BEST CUPCAKES? IN NEW YORK AND IN HOUSTON! It’s no joke. Make you wanna commit a crime if someone tries to grab your cupcake man. Very Delicious! TREAT YO SELF! Poetic Approved!

Gluten + sugar free options available, only for red velvet. It was delicious. Not the greatest but as for a nationwide chain (especially the access to one in Disney) +$6/cupcake. IMO. I definitely enjoyed it for a once in a blue moon treat

I ordered my cupcake online and stopped real quick inside to get it but the staff was friendly and their app is user friendly! The cupcake was delicious too!

Honestly, this was my first time coming with my family, when we asked about the cupcake the casher immediately told us to look to the menu, i asked about a flavour and in unfriendly way said look at the description. I felt really angry and kept silence, i don’t think i will come back with this attitude, really ruined my day

Every time I visit this location I have a great experience - delicious sweets, with fast and friendly service. Tonight was no different - I placed a pick up order for a team member's baby shower and asked them to put an extra Baby Girl sticker on the box for twin girls. When the Manager heard me say it was for twin girls she gave me two Sprinkles Onesies! Such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture. The babies and their parents are going to love this gift, thank you!

Checkout is easy with the tablets you can use to place your order. Cupcakes are delicious and the employees are always very polite. This is my fiancée and mines favorite cupcake place in Houston.
