Saw pretty good reviews, came here and was treated rudely. I was told that what Sprint customer care told me on the phone was a lie (while the employee kept typing on her computer the whole time).

Went in today, phone was acting up, Antonio D.took the time to fix and explain every step, my phone is working good now.

The store is clean and well staffed. Employees need to watch a video on how to wear a mask correctly - 3/6 don't have their nose covered. 5 employees standing around doing nothing while we wait for the tech who is swamped with work. I can't make an appointment to have my phone looked at either. I'm not impressed. If sprint wasn't international I wouldn't keep giving them my business.

OMG! Had the worst experience ever here! The assistant managers were extremely rude and customer service is not applicable to them at all. I asked the guy to let me explain what I needed and he would just interrupt me every second. The other guy didn’t even bother to ask him to be nice or professional about it the least to stop talking! Very bad service! Never coming back to this Sprint location!

Love love loved the environment of this location! Becca was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to get me the phone I wanted, with a great deal! I recommend her if you’re looking to switch over or help with an upgrade.

This location treated me extremely well. The young man with glasses and beard (strawberry blond hair) and the tech lady with dark short hair we AMAZING. I went in bc my phones hotspot wouldn't connect to my computer and they worked together to get my issue resolved. They just resolved my 3 day ordeal in 30 min I will forever be grateful. Thank you for hiring experts!

Great staff they took good care of me right away. However I should have been able to go on line to transfer my service to another phone. It is no longer available online or over the phone which force you to go to the store.

I walked into the store today to ask for assistance with my Iphone (my phone has been unable to connect to the network and had been displaying a "No service" error message where the bars should be). The agent took one look at the phone and said I would have to take it to the apple store. After googling 2 workarounds, I was able to fix the issue myself in under 5 minutes. I am very disappointed the agent didn't even attempt to problem solve the error. I will not be going back.

The Sprint store was awesome Aldo Garcia the representative who I spoke with excellent care of me fix my problem right away and had several suggestions on how to improve my service I will be going back I've been a long time customer I will stay a long-time customer with Sprint because of its great people thank you again

Spent two hours in here and left with nothing. The guy didn’t know the number to their customer service. He’s asked the manager and he didn’t know either! They had music blasting so i couldn’t hear them while talking. This store need a lot of improvement as far a staff is concerned

I went into the store tonight after a long day and was greeted by Naz. She was AMAZING! She was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I'm leaving happy with the great service I received! I've been a Sprint customer for over 20 years and I'm grateful for having such a good experience here today!

Bait and switch I won’t there last year and bought a new iPhone with a promise of a zero down payment after 12 months and when I went back there this February after 12 months they told me they can’t do that because it’s not authorized I wasted 12 months with sprint when I could have had a better service this is a joke these people are a joke

I went there, the sales person was singing not paying attention to me or my husband. I asked about my bill in details to pay off my phones. She said you are going to pay a lot. I asked her for the details for each phone. I w tried to look at the computer. She said no it is private and this is your payment with no details. She was rude. So I asked for the manager she refused saying that is what they have. My husband get mad. The manager came asked my husband to calm down or to leave and call customer service. She said “GET OUT”three times. I was shocked when she said so. We called customer service to take an action against her but they do not care. The assistant manager name is Blanca. We called the general manager second day to see what is going on. He said nothing happen and he did not know anything about it. This is means bad customer service.

I had Tmobile service and decided to switch to sprint.we walk into the sprint store off pipeline.i only came to get mine and my husband's line switched over when the sales representive Rebecca offered me 3 more lines and found out I would still be saving money from tmobile. Rebecca was VERY helpful and patient with me and very knowlegble she even helped me get all mine's and my families information transfered over. This is the sprint store to go.it might be a little wait but in the end it will all be worth it.

I've recently thought about purchasing a new phone and decided to give Sprint a shot. That's not gonna happen. I just visited this location to check out the phones and to get some info but non of the workers said anything when I walked in. I browsed around for about 10 minutes and still was not acknowledged by any of the workers in the store. Maybe just this store but if that's the service I'll get with their products I'll pass. Really sad cause they could have gained a customer.
