I just wanna say these people went above and beyond for me! My mom and I had such a great experience here. AMAZING customer service! I came in today with my mom hoping to get a new Apple Watch, they didnt have it in their store so the manager there Kwame went to another T-mobile Location To get the Apple Watch I wanted. WOW that was just so amazing. Thank you Again Kwame! & Thank you Elizabeth too for helping my mom and I.

Ezell Westmoland is a superstar! We walked in very upset about a phone replacement from Asurion. He calmly explained the situation. He contacted Asurion to arrange for the correct replacement phone to be sent. He worked with my roommate to download the apps he needs to pair his hearing aids to the phone's Bluetooth.

Throughout he was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, calm, professional, courteous.customer service AT IT'S BEST!

Setting up new Sprint service was much easier than I expected. The store has a tech counter that handled data transfer and answered all my questions.

This Store has so many issues starting w the manager to the lies endemic throughout the store. They stole my iphones while they were backing up and sent them to a warehouse and lost them.over a month now after losing data on 2 iphones I have yet to hear back from the Store manager who promised to return them. Its So bad I would not go to this store ever! Too many issues to list here. Stay Away.trust me! Better go to another or just join TMobile!

The lady was very rude. Staffs were sitting and enjoying their time and when I walk into the store the lady who attend me was like they don’t want any customers there. I was there to buy Apple Watch for me and my wife. Cos of the bad experience I changed my mind and bought from Best Buy.

They have a very limited and rude staff compare to the size of the store. They just waste people time and when you ask about your service right, they say, it is what it is!

Outside of my bill being ridiculously high because y’all out here scamming for no reason. The blonde hair young lady Citlali I believe was inappropriate with one the male managers. There were children around and the dynamic of their relationship showed a lil something something was going on. I threw up in my mouth a little bit seeing it.

If I could rate this lower I would. I am at the store now trying to get the new 10+. I was told to come in a get the phone (no activation charge). I got here and they informed me I needed to order online to have that waived but there was no option to have it picked up and they refused to waive it. The manager said they extended all credits? Fast forward 1.5 hours, even with me finally breaking down to pay the charge, I STILL am waiting on my phone.

Had an issue with my phone not recognizing my sim card and my sound was messed up using earphones. The girl who helped me was super nice and very helpful. She hot everything taken care of quickly and I was back on my way. Excellent experience here.

The experience has been very disappointing and frustrating. The Samsung 6 I had previously (and lost) was a far better phone than theJ7 I received as aChristmas present. My son and I have been to 3 Sprint stores so far, and they all blame the extreme noise and interference on the line as a "tower problem". However, there was no problem with my previous phone! I am thoroughly disgusted.

Hands down I have never had better customer service in my life. Brandon and Francesca were so helpful, kind, and patient. These two knew exactly what they were doing and were so friendly while doing so.

Worst customer service. Always spend up to 40 minutes before someone will take care of you. Limited data, but they will always say unlimited data, misleading people. Will never recommend sprint to family, friends or my community.

This store is full of very incompetent people. I’ve been back and forth to this store for the same damn problem that they have yet to fix. The tech support department is a joke. Do better!
