I choose Spur Chevrolet GMC, because the other unnamed dealership treated me based on how I was dressed/ drove and not what I wanted to purchase. When I make big purchases, I wear very comfortable clothes to ensure I'm treated based on what I planned to purchase and not on what they think I can afford. Nevertheless, my experience was wonderful. The sale associate (Raymond) greeted me when I pulled up and was very helpful throughout my experience. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle even though I did research before I arrived. I also would like to acknowledge Ben for being patient and going over all the technology throughout the process. He simplified the instructions and ensured I understood aspects that I had not seen in the plethora of videos I watched. They both left me their contact information in case I had additional questions or concerns. I can tell they were genuine in assisting me in the future.

It has been a while since I took my vehicle to a Service Center and received great customer care. Spur Chevrolet's representatives did an outstanding job with explaining, repairing, and recommending future services for my vehicle. Hands down, Spur Service Center is the best I have visited in the last ten years.

My salesperson was great. I have always dreaded purchasing a new vehicle because it usually takes all day. They had me on the road in no time.

I brought my vehicle in to get a battery replacement. None of the parts stores in town would touch it since there was an ECM on the side. Not only did I get a decent price for the service, but it was done in record time. They even washed my vehicle in a timely manner too. Overall I am very very pleased with my experience here.
