Horrible massage!

Yesterday Aug 20 2020 at 3 o’clock Omg I had such a wrenched neck I walked in and was greeted by a man. I told the guy I wanted an hour just on My neck and upper body. He barely touched or worked my neck where the problem was, so disappointing. Worst massage ever! He cut me short 15 minutes I was dressed and out at 345! Not pleased at all! He had no strength for a guy. FYI I’m a massage therapist! I wanted to try them out!

Put timer on your phone or watch. I dropped my parents off at 1pm and I asked guy what time should I pick them up I paid for hr and half but they were done in 2pm n the Asian guy was asking for more tips even though I paid $15 tips. Be careful I don’t recommend this place.

Second time I've gone there. Had a pain in my hip and lower back. By the time I left I was so relaxed and feeling great. Massage was 55 for the hour and I left 15.00 tip. The lady that did it was amazing. Started with back and ending with feet. Money well spent. I feel great.

Ask for Lucy, she is very professional. Great hands and technique. It took 90 minutes, but between all the kneading and stretching, all the kinks are worked out. I love this place! Clean and professional!

Took my gf here for her bday. She said it was great. The staff doesn't really speak the language comfortably but it's well enough. You'll enjoy yourself

I have been here many of times and have even taken my Mom. I love the people and atmosphere.i have never had a bad experience. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good massage

I've been to other similarly priced maasage places and this is the worst experience I've had. Place has an off smell, massage was about rubbing lotion than actual pressure, then we went to the body portion and the person I had inexplicablly walks on my back without asking. Now I've been to Thai places that walk on your back, difference is, they know what they're doing. Then after the painful back walking experience, I was going to leave a small tip, cause it would be awkward to leave nothing as I used a Groupon for the massage, and the lady demanded a bigger tip. Will obviously never be back.

My husband took me to this place for my birthday. We both decided that we would NEVER come back. First of all, the masseuses did not speak even a tiny bit of english so there was no way to communicate target areas. Secondly, I was EXTREMELY uncomfortable with having a male masseuse. I couldn't even enjoy it. My husband got the female. They definitely need to hire more women! Maybe family owned? Why else would there only be a total of 3 people in their entire establishment? ! Third, their website prices are significantly lower than what they quote you in person. My husband showed the lady at the register their site on his phone and she said she would honor it. However, at the end of our service, she and the female masseuse complained that we did not give a big enough tip. The masseuse went so far as to throw his card back on the counter and say, "goodnight! " as if she were dismissing us! RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! Fouth, the massages were subpar at best. We both felt that we could have given better massages ourselves! So not only did we pay for something we didnt even enjoy-but we tipped out of courtesy and were blatantly put down for it. I hate we gave them a tip at all! Ungrateful people with no sense of tact or customer service! NEVER AGAIN! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO YOUR OWN MASSAGE!
