These guys are fantastic, they make you feel like a long time friend the moment you walk in the door. They sit down with you and let you explain in detail exactly what your problem is and ask any questions you want. They give you a ballpark estimate on what cost you can expect and a timeframe to let you know about how many repairs are ahead of you in the que at the moment. They checked all the cooling systems with my laptop, heat sink, thermal paste, and fans and found out very fast that the fans needed replacing. (I was originally guessing it was going to be something besides the fans since they were still spinning when the laptop was on) My computer had been running poorly for some time, getting hot even after I'd clean it and I couldnt pinpoint exactly what was causing it. Turns out the fans were likely just not running at full speed and were on their way out. Got my computer back after a few days and it runs better than when I bought it brand new. Games run great again, 3d modeling software, cpu intensive programs, everything is great! It's like having a new computer. I'm kicking myself for not just going to these guys a long time ago. I'll definitely be going back when its time for me to build my dream pc, they will help you along with whatever you want, weather its a simple upgrade or a completely new scratch built rig. And the prices he quoted for labor were extremely good. It's really good to know a place like this is so close by. Thanks Justin.

These guys are great. I had important stuff on my laptop that was very valuable and they did everything they could to protect me. They offered to sign an NDA and/or anything to make me comfortable, handled the work very fast at a reasonable price and got the laptop right back in my hands. Will use them for everything computer related in the future.

Had a great experience here, both Sean's took the steps to make sure I knew what was wrong with my PC, and the best route to fix it. Will come back if necessary in the future.

I have built my own PCs and taught myself how to repair electronics after a bad experience with a PC Repair shop 20 years ago. Last year, my tower started having issues and I stubbornly worked on it for 3 months, slowly swapping out parts, before I decided to give up and find a repair shop to take a look. Not only did Justin reassure me they'd get to the bottom of it, they did it very quickly and cheap. They gave me options at every step before doing any work and communication was clear along the way.

My pc was having boot-up problems so I took it to S&S to get it fixed. They went to the back to give it a quick check-up and let me watch the whole thing. It turned out to be a simple solution so they didn't even charge me for the fix-up because it was so simple. Geeksquad could never compete with S&S. The guys are extremely friendly and will explain the solutions to your problems at a pace that anyone could understand. Highly recommend this place to anyone who needs any kind of technology service. They will be my go-to place for tech-related fixing.
