Dr. Gutierrez and Nurse Lensey were professional, efficient and above all else very caring. They were both amazing with my 5 year old grand daughter

My husband is here obviously sick. They don't have a registrar in the waiting room so we just hope someone actually pays attention to someone new coming in and the order you arrive. We get into the room, they do a covid and flu test and we wait, and wait, and wait. In mean time my husband's oxygen levels are going down and his alarms are going off. After 5 mins I pause the noise due to my husband's headache. Then the alarm sounds again so I wait a few minutes for someone to check on him and mo one does so I went to nurse's station and they just silence it from there. Then it goes off again so I told them to get the nurse or Dr in to check and to give results. It was then after I asked that the Dr came in with negative results but hey your husband's oxygen levels are stupid low. Why don't we get x-rays and oxygen going? Oh yeah blood tests too. Thank God I went and was a Karen. He's now on IV, oxygen, and antibiotics. Lord knows if they would have just sent us home with another "well if it's not covid or flu go see family Dr in week" and my husband would have gotten worse I would be getting a lawyer involved.

I feel so bad for sending my daughter here. She is super sick and bad headache.they gave her Tylenol and said, well we don’t know.lady Melissa that answers the phone there is super unfriendly and obviously bothered that anyone comes to the ER. We will go somewhere else tomorrow and not “bother “ these people EVER again. I wish I would have listened to the previous bad reviews but we were desperate.

Emergency care for my wife was excellent with great care provided by the doctor, nurses, medical technicians and EMS personnel. Alex, Dru, Zach, Dr. Reyes and everyone was great.

I brought my adult son to this ER last night in sudden, severe side pain. They took him to a room immediately and took his vitals. Then Dr David Doyle came in, asked some questions, told us he suspected a kidney stone. He
ordered IV fluids, labs, CT and medication to relieve his pain. All the tests were done within minutes of our arrival. A few moments later Dr Doyle returned to confirm his diagnosis. He ordered home medications, gave him a referral to a specialist if needed, gave him verbal and written instructions on how to help prevent recurrence and released him. We were in/out in about 1 hour or so. It was truly amazing how quick the response was. Dr Doyle was not only very efficient, he took my son's pain seriously, which is very rare these days, and was very helpful, kind and friendly. I am very pleased with the care my son received from Dr Doyle, wish more doctors were like him.

Literally the rudest ladies that handle the front desk, super BEYOND unorganized. Hire better people.

When we walked in someone was there to takes us back to a room within a couple of minutes. And before the nurse was even done taking vitals Dr Ryan Allen was walking in. He asked his questions and then looked at my injury treated it and dressed it himself while thoroughly explaining what was happening and why my injury was looking the way it was then explained how to treat it after my discharge. I have never in my life seen a doctor so kind caring and thorough. I have been there between my son and myself now 3 times and all 3 times we were treated exceptionally well.

Dr Henry David is horrible! He was extremely short, smug and showed no concern for his patients. He prescribed my father a medication that COULD NOT be taken in conjunction with his blood pressure medicine due to the possibility of causing kidney failure. When the pharmacist called the Dr to ask what else he could prescribe Dr Henry David told her “he can either take the medication or not take it, I’m not prescribing him anything else. ” Unethical, unprofessional, and down right rude. Go ANYWHERE but here if you want to be treated with care and compassion!

Not even worth the one star I was required to give. I suffered there for five hours but when I used the call button to tell the nurse I wanted my IV removed so I could leave she was right on it. I was there for severe chest pain and still don't know what's going on. If you voice your concerns about the lack of care & neglect then you're being aggressive. The staff have a strange hand signal they do to signal that you're complaining, there are signs on the wall letting you know not to voice your concerns or complain with threats of what will happen to you if you do and a drawing of the strange hand up signal they use. I can't say what it looks like because the word is likely censored online but let's just say I was waiting for them to click their heels and start speaking in German. It's weird and unprofessional. If you really need medical care you're better off going somewhere else.

AMAZING!
The moment we arrived someone helped us and we were in within 5 minutes. All the nurses are super friendly making my baby's stay very enjoyable. His doctor was also very nice and professional even playing to make him feel comfortable. We have been here 3 times already and we love it. We recommend them 100%.
Ps. They are awesome toys for kids

Had to go very late at night for breathing issues and Dr. Jose Pena along with my nurse (failed to get her name) treated me for pneumonia. Got me the right meds and the right diagnosis. Excellent free-standing ER for issues such as this.

Nurse Olivia is an exceptional individual. Her professionalism, kindness, and concern made my mom's ER visit very comfortable. Not only did she gather vital patient information, she followed through and immediately communicated our concerns with Dr. Allen. It is quite obvious that she is part of a medical team who works to put patients first. My mom can be challenging when receiving medical care, but Nurse Olivia helped my mom to relax and trust that she would be well cared for.

Soon after Nurse Olivia left our room, Dr. Allen entered; it was obvious that the nurse and doctor shared a goal to provide high quality care to resolve my mom's problems. This physician defines what it means to be a great listener, communicator and empathetic to the concerns of his patients. Not only did Dr. Allen provide my mom with the best medical care, but he did so by working as a team with her cardiologist. We had solid answers to mom's medical problem and a follow-up plan in place to see her cardiologist the next day.

Before Dr. Allen left his shift, he gave us a card with contact information in the event we needed to reach out with any concerns and introduced us to Dr. Kim. It goes without saying that the transition in doctor care was seamless. Dr. Kim picked up right where Dr. Allen left off. Our community is blessed to have this ER facility and more importantly, a medical staff who works tirelessly to serve its community members.

Dr Ryan Allen and his team were wonderful with my 7 year old after he broke his arm at the skatepark in town. He was taken back quickly, x-rayed and Dr Allen set his broken bone. He was very thorough and explained everything to myself and my son throughout the whole ordeal. He and the nurses put both of us at ease and did a wonderful job! Very very pleased with the experience!

They were quick in checking me in & The doc and nurses were really nice and helpful. Thank y’all so much!

Dr. Allen sewed up a finger for me. He and the nurses did a great job. This is always our go to place for injuries or after hours care in Bastrop.
