St. David's Episcopal Church reviews
10One of the best musical shows I experienced. The chemistry of the string quartet radiated a strong powerful, almost healing, energy. A must see!
I was at Candlelight - Zelda.
Very enjoyable experience with candles in the darkness on a relaxing Friday night.
Wish they could play more recent Zelda songs vs old ones.
Compared to other candlelight scenes, wish they could put more candles in the background.
Parking lot is expensive $35 vs the one in the back $15.
Went to see a candlelight performance and was blown away. The building itself is so beautiful and was organized so well!
Attended a candlelight concert sponsored by Fever. The church was beautiful. The music was perfect.
I only go here for events such as AFS film festival talks or SXSW talks. It’s a church for crying out loud. This city is so under-prepared for events it underwhelming so much so that even concerts, non-religious ones are held in the church.
I find that offensive. I don’t want to stare at a cross while enjoying a Candlelight concert or while listening to a book reading bits creepy.
What a fun evening at a terrific venue, a great 4 string quartet playing the soundtrack of our lives with 100 years of Warner Brothers movie & TV themes. Close your eyes and it sounded like a full orchestra.
Candlelight concert playing the music of Queen was outstanding. Acoustics were excellent, but chairs were not comfortable. I would recommend bringing a seat cushion!
Outstanding performance tonight! Every aspect from the musicians to the set design was top tier! I thoroughly enjoyed myself!
A Fever Club, Candlelight concert: A Tribute to Queen by a Listeso String Quartet. It was a nice date night 6/9/23 and an amazing performance. Unfortunately I don't know the specific name of the quartet that played for us beyond the one member who held their Venmo and I'm not sure if that's ok to put here or not. But in any case, I'd recommend Fever app and their various offerings beyond just musical experiences, this was a great time.
I attended a candle light performance with my daughter. The group performed orchestral arrangements of Radiohead songs. It was a wonderful and mesmerizing show. They had homemade cookies for attendants. The church is beautiful and was a great setting for the show. Thank you!
