St. Giles Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, El Paso TX

My mom and I have been in and out of nursing homes in the area. Without remorse would like to share my experience with others like myself, whose loved one’s have to bare the situation. Now to my advice, don’t look further and bring them to st Giles. Best around meaning that frankly it gets bad if not purposely not knowing. That’s why I am sharing this to who cares to do the research. I recommend highly.

Horrible place for a loved one. My grandpa’s things always seemed to get “lost” and even worse, his health declined immensely while there. Now at his new nursing home on Montana he is thriving! Eating, sitting up, and happier than ever. Wish this place would get shut down.

Saint Giles has been super in regards to caring for my dad. The entire staff is the friendliest I’ve ever experienced. They go out of their way to make you comfortable and put you at ease when it comes to having to leave your loved one there. I’m pleased, comfortable, and worry free. Thank you to the entire staff! You are the best!

This place was great in the beginning when we had mom admitted. But now idk what has transpired since then because I see patients who don’t get the constant treatment they need and I notice that they are always too busy to take care of their patients. My mom was recently admitted into the hospital for lack of care. They aren’t changing her quickly enough to prevent her from getting bacterial infections. I have complained about the lack of care and Jennifer doesn’t seem to care about the health issues of the patients.

Highly recommend this facility. I have my uncle there and he like’s everything.all the employees are hard working, thank you for what you all do

St Giles is an awesome facility with great staff. Everyone is very professional and caring. My brother is being cared for after a motor vehicle accident and my family and I are extremely blessed and thankful for everyone that has been involved in his care, from the person that greets you at the door to the nursing staff, nursing aids, PT, OT, Speech and everyone else in that building. I highly recommend this facility for your loved one.

My grandma was sent here after a fall she had and Claudia Vasquez, the nurse she was assigned to, has been a godsend. She's been incredible with her the entire time she's been here and my family and I have noticed a great improvement in my grandmother. We're all very grateful for Claudia's help with her.
