7Usually plenty of parking. Staff sets the gold standard for customer service!
The lady Barbra that gave this branch one star was correct! If you want to use the computer at this branch an employee sits right in front of you and can read whatever you are working on, I had my own computer, and the employee sent me to work in the same area with no privacy. I put my back against the wall for privacy, and I was attacked by a colony of ants crawling up my pant legs, and going into my purse. Also, when I asked where the bathroom was, the male employee sent me into a completely different building, (where children are.which isn't safe for children) and said that that is where I needed to go. I am pretty sure that the employees that work at this library aren't going to a whole other building to relieve themselves. This place should be closed down. The staff that works there act like they are afraid of the tax paying citizens that want to patronize that government owned building.
Very rude staff was there tonight. The guy nor the young lady working tonight didn't respect my privacy he started reading my email and telling me someone sent me the paperwork I needed from their phone. Which isn't his business he was very noisy and so was the young lady she immediately started trying to read my paperwork that I was printing. My paper printed out wrong because of the settings that I was unaware of and they refused to help me reprint my papers again. Please avoid this library there's one in st.johns that isn't rude nor noisy. I had a terrible experience here tonight and I won't bring my business back to them again.
This library has a great selection of books with great seating and self check out kiosks. It was a great visit!
Went to Vote! Easy, not crowded. Signs everywhere pointing to exactly the right place.
You guys says you have the library open but their are signs that say it’s closed
Awesome library with great features like after hours book return and self checkout machines. The librarians are very customer friendly and do needful when needed. Atmosphere is reading friendly and have computers to access the internet.
Like it much and will recommend to friend.
