St. Luke's Health - Memorial Hospital - Livingston, TX

Don’t go to this ER. They will basically turn you away if they’re busy. Most unprofessional night staff ever. Except the male nurse that works overnight. He’s the only person in there that seems to care about patients. The rest of them are absolutely rude and don’t care.

I don't know if I shave done this yet or not but! I do know that the admitting ladies are the best at getting me in the schedule! The lab lady who drew my blood is the best I have ever had, 1 stick she was in! The best ever

I have all my medical testing done here and all medical staff from registration to the respiratory testing staff are kind, professional, patient, prompt and thorough. I have never encountered any problems. Thank you for your care

I was very pleased with the excellent care I received. The staff was helpful! Dr. De Loach is a wonderful surgeon!

Two different diagnoses is not a good sign. Cat scan showed scoliosis, pneumonia, degenerative disks…later X-rays did not but rather mentions COPD? !? !? Unreliable and no explanation. I’ll go outside of polk county from now on.

UPDATE: after calling your patient advocate TWICE; Ashley, who will divulge no information and seems to basically be a complaint intake/guard dog, nothing has been done or even as much as a call back. I took my complaint to the Texas Medical Board and Health and Human services. Ashley is of no use to me as a patient.

My visit and experience was very nice and pleasant. I got the opportunity to pray. When they came across the intercom to say a daily prayer. I loved it. Keep doing the wonderful work yall do.

I checked with insurance before going to get my test done and was told my out of pocket would be 250.00 but when I got to the hospital they told me my out of pocket was 597.00 I told them I had already talked to insurance company and got a out of pocket, the hospital told me I either pay the 597.00 or I could not get the test I desperately needed they didn't care what the insurance company said, now I used to codes from the hospital that they gave me when I called the insurance company so the price should be the same so explain to me how the hospital is so much higher someone does not care anything about there patients

Went in for pre op testing. Got there early like they said. Was seen very quickly all involved the staff was very friendly.

I would like to thank my nurses I had during my stay. They were helpful, polite, and most of all, understanding. Thanks so much Ashley Rigsby, April Cain, Evette Damian, and Bobbie Cooley.

The nurses and entire support staff deserve 5 star, the doctor, Dr. Gillette gets less than a one star. Totally unreceptive. Did not have the patients best interest. Ran the scan in the area I specifically pointed that was not the problem. Completely misdiagnosed the issue. Either he can comprehend what the patient is telling him or so completely opinionated that it’s his way or no way.

This is the worst place ever been here since 8: 30am and now it's 2: 45pm and still have not been seen for my grandmother not to mention that she can't breath good I will not be coming back here and the ppl here are rude as he'll too

The staff from the time I walked through the door and went to intake, to having my services completed in the radiology department were helpful and kind. Best People anywhere. Now all we have to do, is raise donations funds to build a Cardiac Unit at this location.
