My experience with St. Mary's Early Childhood Center has been mixed. I reached out multiple times to the appointment coordinator to enroll my child, but unfortunately, after a month, I still haven't received a complete response. Despite initially receiving some information, the coordinator promised to get back to me several times and never did.
I expected a higher level of attention, especially considering the affiliation with the church. Although I had heard positive things about the center, my personal experience did not meet my expectations. Based on my experience, I give St. Mary's Early Childhood Center 3 stars.
I hope they improve their communication and customer service in the future to provide a more satisfactory experience.
