Their professionalism was second to none and this carried through to our finished product. Our 29 yr old kitchen needed a facelift and we chose quartz as our selection for a new countertop. Trying to keep within a certain budget, we wanted to keep our existing backsplash. We didn't know if that would be possible, but the amazing installation crew removed our old countertops without so much as a nick on our existing tile! We also needed a corner cabinet removed to remove that section of countertop, then needed it re-installed after the quartz was installed. Again, their crew did a flawless job! It's impossible to say what a pleasure this entire experience has been! We absolutely LOVE our new facelift and would recommend STA Granite Solutions to anyone wanting a quality job. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

very professional.

Not sure if this company ever deals with a customer with a budget or do they only serve customers with open check books. When you walk the granite supplier there are no prices so you fill out a sheet of ones you are interested in. That is completely fine as long as if whoever is getting pricing for you has the necessary customer service experience to work through the process. But then even if you get a price on a slab that your happy with; you don’t know if that will work with your budget once they attach the labor but they don’t give you a quote until you finalize your selections but the total bid can effect your choices on the slabs etc. It would be one thing if I didn’t understand how construction works or how bids work with contractors but I own my own business and build custom cabinets and I know full well that customers have budgets to work with. I do a preliminary bid to get them going and give them options where they understand how to stay within their budget or options where if they want to max their budget they have a clear direction of what they can do. Lou gave us pricing for slabs and literally ONE job quote. Told us to sign quote and send deposit but just cause we said hold on we need to see if we can do that; she then sends a email saying that they won’t do our granite. Which again if they don’t want to do my job that’s fine; I don’t want a contractor on my job if they don’t want to be there but geez you drop a customer just cause they ask one too many questions on a decision that literally costs 10’s of thousands of dollars and will be in someone’s home for decades. I respect everyone’s way of running their own business and if they didn’t want my business then lead with that because if my opinion when we are literally ready to sign a quote but now have to start all over with another company; in my opinion how Lou handled her communications with us and then just dropping us was unprofessional and just shows their true colors that they want cookie cutter jobs or open check books. Either way I will be more than happy to use our good friends over at Rodeo granite. Wish the best of luck for everyone and their project and actually wish the best for STA as well but just my opinion everything could have been handled way better than kicking a customer to the curb.

I cannot recommend Oscar and STA Granite highly enough. I’ve worked with several installers over the years and STA is by far the best. They came recommended by Lee at Encore Stone where we bought our slabs (also highly recommend). The work Oscar has done for them is truly impressive. He’s able to marry stone edges as if the entire thing was carved from a solid piece. I have no idea how he does it. Communication was excellent the whole way through and his crew was kind, professional and extremely hard working. They did the fabrication and install on our kitchen but we also needed smaller pieces for a kitchenette and laundry mud room. We didn’t want to buy whole slabs for these rooms as it would have been far too expensive and too much waste. We’ll let me tell you, top notch installer = top notch remnants. It was well worth the half hour drive to their yard to select remnants and we got gorgeous stone for those two rooms at an excellent price including installation. I wish all contractors were as good and professional as Oscar and STC!

Jack and his team have been a dream to work with. From initial planning, through purchase and installation.they've made it all so easy. AND the finished product.words cannot describe. Perfectly sized and everything trimmed perfectly to fit all we needed. Would highly recommend working with Jack and STA Granite Solutions.

STA Granite / Oscar’s team did an awesome job in our kitchen. From helping choose and recommending our marble, to designing a stove backsplash to coming back another time to finish cutting the marble so our vent hood could fit. 5 star look, quality and service in response. Would highly recommend to others.
