Apartment employee named Jennifer is extremely rude and has an "I hate and don't care about my job" attitude. She acted extremely ghetto. Definitely a stereotypical marbach type. Stay away from this place if you don't like your roof caving in on you in your sleep!

You get what you pay for. Affordable nice apartments but it come with zero to slow maintenance/assistance from office, not enough parking space and roach and rat issues.

The staff and maintenance people, especially the older gentleman, are extremely kind and helpful. Jasmine in front office is one of the sweetest ladies you’ll ever meet and is always willing to help. The apartments themselves are affordable and comfortable to live in. Recommend to anyone needing a new apartment!:)

Amazing spot with friendly staff. I always forget to ask the name of the older gentleman in maintenance, but he always makes me feel like family. Don’t see myself leaving here anytime soon. No wonder there’s a waitlist! This spot is a gem! Very quiet which is perfect for my son and I on school nights. Could use more parking for after hours but other than that this place is amazing! If you’re looking to live here, come in a couple months in advance like I did and put yourself on the waitlist. It’s totally worth it!

This is an amazing, beautiful, safe, clean affordable apt. Great staff who work hard to keep it clean, safe and beautiful for everyone (even when a few try n foil their efforts) 4 years now… neighbors are like family

I saw them online and really liked them. I called and was disappointed to find out that it’s a waiting list that is 3-6 months just for a 1 bed.

This is my 2nd time living here at these apartments. I enjoy living here for the most part but just like any other place everything isn’t perfect. Some of my pros: rent is super affordable, and it’s close to work.maintenance man to respond in a timely manner 2/3 times. Front desk people are usually nice.
Cons: parking isn’t the best after 5pm and your water bill is 30.00 dollars a person! (They change by each person on your lease) I also have a two bedroom and electricity runs me 169.00 on average. (Which is crazy to me bc I rented a house twice the size and electricity or water was never this high) Walls are Very thin I can hear my neighbors going up and down the stairs at all times. So I’m sure they hear us as well. Overall not a horrible place to live. I would say great for someone who is transitioning and is wanting to save a little money.

No one in leasing office at 4pm on a Wednesday. Sign on door says "We'll return at 9am" even though office hours are 9a-6p? I called for 30 minutes trying to get in contact with staff to no avail.

Ms. Frances has been very gracious on helping me with my soon to be apartment! I did get to view it before moving in and it is super beautiful for my kiddos and I! As a first time renter I had so many questions and she was very calm and respectful in answering my questions the best way she can. I really appreciate her hospitality and assistance very much! I can't wait to move in and start a new chapter with my kiddos and I, let's see how it goes from there
