My husband and I purchased a mattress at Stacy's and it was a great experience. Jason was knowledgeable on ALL of the mattresses they have available and took the time to explain the benefits of the different options. He was great!

We got a wing backed chair here. My husband and I really liked the style of sales people. They did a great job at letting us know that they were available. But we were also allowed to have our own space.

Also note: that because of COVID it can take up to 24-26 weeks between ordering your furniture to having it delivered.

The worst customer service and repair department. Stacy furniture does not stand behind the furniture they sell. I have been rescheduled and had two repair people come out and do nothing, like literally useless. In addition they have cancelled and rescheduled multiple times for service.

We couldn't have been treated nicer and they were great to work with. They answered all of our questions and gave us a great price. Much cheaper than one of the national retailers. We're very happy to support a local business.

Purchased a sectional from Stacey's on October 2020. Mary was the sales associate. We told her what we needed and trusted her to pick the right codes.we needed it to be longer on one side due to more walls pace and shorter on the other. Well it finally came today 2/26/2021 and it is the same length on both sides. Now we are stuck with it unless we want to give up a 35% restocking fee. Stacey's fails in customer service again.

I ordered one bed and one nightstand the beginning of September and was told the delivery would be about 8-10 weeks due to COVID. It's now January (18 weeks later) and no nightstand; the bed arrived December 15th after I had to call to find out it was ready for delivery because no one ever called me. I understand that COVID delays are out of everyones control but my biggest complaint is the lack of communication. No one has ever called to give me an update. I have to call and request a status. Sometimes they call back; sometimes they don't. The original sales associate is annoyed when I call and I'm sure they are tired of fielding these calls but they should be proactive to give the customers updates without them having to call and track them down. At this point, I'm not confident that my remaining furniture will arrive in the next month or ever. I will never purchase from this company again due to the lack of customer service and communication.

I put in for financing and they instantly called and got me set up with what I needed. Couldn’t ask for better service. I had to get my stuff later in the evening due to work and they were all courteous and welcoming.purchased the love seats I wanted.

We loved finding the best place to buy furniture in Dallas! They do what they say they are going to do and if it wasn’t in stock they told us instead of taking our money and lying to us. They were up front with all of it. They really helped my parents find the furniture they were looking for. From the beginning to the end, everyone was so kind and friendly. We are in love with them and would recommend them to anyone! We will be going there for all our future needs.

Don’t. Just don’t. Buying here is frankly just too much work (And disappointment) for me. First, you’ll need to find a sales person. Trust me, it’s true. Might as well have tumble weeds blowing through the store. I made a purchase from Mary in June for some living room furniture with an estimated delivery date of August 5. I thought she was wonderful. Gave her a budget and needs and she went to work for me. Once I left the store it’s been all on me. Multiple phone calls. Majority not returned. Delivery date and information keeps changing. It’s in the warehouse It’s not in the warehouse. Even Mary now sounds like there’s an undercurrent of total apathy. I have no idea when I’ll get my furniture. Also I am completely aware and understanding covid has made everything delayed. Is it unreasonable to expect phone calls to be returned and/or periodic updates to be given to the customer. I think they should reimburse my $189 delivery fee for my inconvenience but I won’t ask them. Working with them or calling again is just pointless. I’m over it. My furniture will come or not. In three more weeks or three more months. Who knows? However, I can recommend a good store for you- Go to Weir’s. Great sales people, great selection and reliable. Wish I’d have gone there. They’ve never let me down.

Bought a $3680 brown leather sectional 5/19/2018 and now notice the color of the leather (REAL LEATHER) is worn off. Either this is cheap stuff Stacy's sells or a defective leather coloring. Of course we bought the Gardian protection, but this is ridiculous that we have to jump through all these hoops. We have bought cheaper furniture that has lasted longer than all leather sectional.very disappointed with Stacy's Furniture

My husband and I went inside of Stacy furniture with the vision of purchasing a living room set. After walking around for 30 minutes and seeing literally 9 associates, none offered to help. We were frowned upon. (Im guessing because my husband had on his dirty work clothing). Then another man walked in and 4 associates rushed to help him. I was totally offended. We weren’t helped because we didn’t look like the type of people that could afford any furniture in the store. However, we make 6 figures a year. Stacy furniture stop judging based upon race! I will never give this establishment a dime of my hard earned money.

Such nice people they went above and beyond to help out my mom when she was in a tough situation with her lift chair. They may be a little higher than others but the level of service is highly superior and is well worth it.

Best Quality Furniture in all the DFW surrounding areas. Don was the Best at helping me over the phone when I called in to ask if they had a certain color of Sectional I needed right before Christmas and offered to send me pictures of what they had in my colors. And on top of going out of his way taking the pictures and waiting for me to reply 3 hours later held me a delivery spot for Monday and waited for me to get there close to closing time to look at them in person and make a decision to buy or not. He was not pushy showed me the 5 Family room sets and I bought the best one. He has Won my business of the rest of my lifetime. And I will tell every single person I know to shop within at Stacy's in Allen.
