We have been furnishing our new home and working with Stacy Scurlock. I honestly cannot say enough good things about our experience with her! Stacy truly listens to you and works with designers to help you find just the piece you are looking for. She has been so accommodating (and patient) with us during this process! Stacy is professional, personable, and very knowledgeable. She will be the first person we call when we are looking to add any furnishings or accessories to our home.

Our experience here was wonderful! We went in and got a couch and a dresser. Perry helped us pick out some beautiful pieces. When you come visit, ask for him. He's quite personable and really tried to find a good piece for YOU. You won't regret coming here.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Spent $12K+ on a custom sofa sectional. Seat cushions are not as structurally even and as firm as the floor model. Have to re-shape and fluff after each sitting. Customer service is absolutely terrible. Non responsive! Finally got someone to come out and take pictures about 3 weeks ago…no follow up call. I have no idea what’s going on. Very seldom is someone available to speak with in customer service. Leaving a VM message is useless! I spent over $12K and it looks like I bought it at Walmart! Words can’t express how frustrated I am. I expect the typical, “At Stacy’s, we pride ourselves on providing the best possible customer service, and it sounds like we missed the mark this time around. ” pre-printed response I’ve seen on other customer service complaints on this site, but not much more. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Terry Blade was very knowledgeable and helpful! He walked me through furniture for living room options, samples for upholstery and mattress options in the morning. In the afternoon I went back to purchase mattress with a base. I will definitely use him again for living room purchase.

Stacy's furniture offers a wide variety of choices and styles. We have worked with AJ there a few times and he is amazing at helping us figure out options, color choices, and what will go with our existing furniture. We had an amazing experience there.

Dave is very knowledgeable of furniture brands, quality, construction, availability etc. In addition he was quite helpful in making color & style decisions.
