Stafford Run Apartments

First month living here and it has been the best! The people from the office were very kind and sweet. It was my first time doing applications for apt and I was helped through the WHOLE process I appreciated that a lot. No complains at all highly recommended this place great service!

Have been living here going on 5 years. Have enjoyed it. The management has been always been very helpful as well as the maintenance crew. I would recommend the apartment complex.

I been here for 5 years the leasing manager Wendy is always helpful. Every holiday they put together a mini celebration so can fellowship with one another it give you a chance to meet people in your community. The maintenance team is amazing.

I can believe all the negative reviews, the ones giving high reviews don't know once they move out you will have them on your credit. I accepted staying here because of the low rent, it was a little rough with fights but we just tried to stay to ourselves. I moved in 2020 during the pandemic and moved by the end of my lease. I worked, so my oldest moved most stuff to the house we were moving into and cleaned up. When we moved we made sure it was clean and when I went to turn in the key. WENDY took the key through the office door and said we could not do a walk through due to covid and I couldn't even go in the office. On Oct 20th my bank informed me STAFFORD RUN WAS ON MY CREDIT. WHY? I NEVER RECEIVED NOTICE AND NEVER WALKED THROUGH. So yes run from this place unless we all you can afford during these hard times, but I will be pursuing legal counsel and disputing. So disappointed in the office staff I really liked them and enjoyed the activities for the kids but they are fake and have to keep the nails done cute.

Lila has been the absolute best in helping me through the process of getting approved and moved into these beautiful apartments. I can't thank her enough as well as the management team she is a part of for all their help. They are amazing. Top notch customer service. Lila is hands down the best.

If I could give -3 stars, I would! Horrific experience! I’ll never be able to get the roaches out of my belongings after living here! The infestation is unbelievable! So many roaches that they set off my motion detectors when I wasn’t at home! Not to mention the apartments will try to drain you of every cent they possibly can! The apartments are in deep need of renovation, including an electrical updating!
