Stair Flair, Flower Mound TX

I would highly recommend Jeff and his installation team and I give them both a strong 5 star rating! They do what they say and they stick to the schedule. Deck looks great.

Of all the crews we have had out lately, Stair Flair has been the best (by far) - on time, neat, cleaned up, etc. And exhibited true craftsmanship and care for the end product. Oscar is amazing. And we appreciate Jeff's help through the process to ensure we designed it properly with our wonky stairs. It turned out exactly like we wanted Thanks again!

I highly recommend Stair Flair. They changed out some stair banisters for me that had these sharp knuckles on them and was a danger for my kids for simple flat ones. They installed flat ones keeping all existing banisters and trim. I appreciate that they were responsive and on time the team was professional when they showed up and kept things clean and finished on time. The work was excellent, exactly what I was looking for and the price was very reasonable. For me this was 5 stars for sure.

What a great experience having my stair rail replaced! It looks beautiful! I sent a request for an estimate and received a response the same day. I sent photos and received an estimate the next day. The crew arrived on time, was clean and very professional.

Called Stair Flair on Wednesday, scheduled appointment for Friday, crew was punctual, very polite and professional. Replaced 57 spindles in less than 2 hours. We are VERY pleased with the job they did, would definitely recommend this company. Thanks Jeff~

HORRIBLE customer service! When we told him that things were crooked and not glued down, he originally told us to fix it ourselves. He ended up sending out his crew. After (3) THREE times out to our house caps are still crooked and not secured to the stairs. Jeff is extremely rude! He is just worried about getting his money vs.customer service. He will show up to collect a payment but will not come out to make sure that a problem has been corrected - he would prefer to send his crew.
He even went so far as to harass my mother for payment. The job is not finished, but the check is in the mail. I will warn everyone against using Stair Flair.

For far less money that I thought, Stair Flair came out and replaced over one hundred old white wooden spindles with amazing metal spindles. It took the look of the staircase from the 1980s/1990's into the 2020's! The crew was able to do perform all the work in less than 5 hours and they completely cleaned up the area when they were done. I will be using them for every house I remodel moving forward.

Stair Flair updated our stair system over a year ago. Great quality and craftsmanship. I only wish they would have stained also. However, I understand that staining is not their focus. None of the stair companies we called stain after installation. My husband came through with a beautiful job of staining. I would highly recommend Stair Flair.

Craftsmanship is astounding, every detail was perfect and the team consulted us to ensure we got what we wanted at every turn. More importantly, our rep helped educate us, showed us pictures to facilitate our efforts, and his honesty saved us several hundred dollars. Price was very fair, our rep was responsive, the team was on time both days, personable, and they let us watch the transformation which many contractors don't like. I am very picky and highly, highly recommend them to anyone looking for help with your staircase.

I needed a new staircase and had no idea where to go. I Googled and picked something local because that matters to me. Jeff came out, gave me a quote. Three months later I was ready, we scheduled the work, they came out - on time, did the work in ONE day, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE our new stairs! Cannot believe how easy it was and how well they did the job. I would highly recommend them to anybody in need of new stairs. Great company!
