I can’t recommend Stair Heroes enough! I called for an estimate and within just a few days Chad already had us scheduled to have our railing and bannisters re-stained. The crew was able to knock it out in one day (stripping, sanding, and staining multiple coats), and the end-product is incredible! Chad not only called to check-in, but personally came to the house to ensure everything was going smoothly.

All around great company. Communication was great, scheduling was easy and efficient, and all the crews for each stage of the job were excellent. Easy to work with to get the look we wanted with their expert advice. Could not be more pleased.

Outstanding Workmanship and Service! Chad and his team were excellent in having the half wall removed and having the railing installed in gameroom and the stairs. The communication, the price and their work was top notch and just right!

The best of all is, with hectic schedules around work and moving to new home, I didn't even have to meet Chad in person, Everything was done over the phone and executed perfectly!

Chad follows up everyday on thr work and ensures the customer is happy and satisfied with the work being done.

Chad and his team were wonderful to work with. We did some renovations on our home and didn’t know what to expect when it came to updating our stairs. Chad and his team made the whole process so easy. They were professional the entire time and communicated with us each step of the way. I was also able to give Chad a reference photo of what we wanted and I think what he built looks better than the reference photo. I would recommend Stair Heros to anyone looking for quality stairs that are completed timely, professionally, and at a fair price.

I can't say enough great things about Stair Heros. The price is reasonable, they show up when expected (if not sooner), Chad calls during the job to be sure all is going well and again after the job. The employees are good at their job, friendly and respectful. This kind of service is hard to come by these days. If you need new stairs these are your people!

I spent so much time calling and not getting a phone call returned from other companies. Chad called me back the same day, quoted me within 2 days, and had new banisters stained and painted with a new newl post in place in less than a week! I was impressed with the speed of install. I was impressed with the painting crew. I was exceedingly impressed with the customer service from the installers and Chad. Every concern was addressed immediately and with a smile. 10 stars if I could.

Stair Heroes did an amazing job with my stairs! They opened up the half walls which completely transformed the space. It makes the home feel more open and spacious now.
