Not very customer friendly, because the auto insurance quoted was 3x more than I'm paying now. In other words, presented information was not what was indicated on tv advertising

Great experience. Friendly helpful staff both on the phone and in person. Saved me in less than 10 minutes over $1300 on my car insurance. I had been with my former company 18 years. Do yourself a favor and give them a call!
