The worst company and the worst dealings with trucks, the worst management and racism, no one comes to this company, the strabbish dealings and disrespect for the time. The employee told me your appointment at 5 o'clock in the morning, he went to them at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, telling me an official. You don't have a reservation, why this lie and deception? I advise you guys, don't come to this racist company.

Even though you come in blindside (if you turn down the first driveway) there's still plenty of room to swing and straighten out. I chose to go to the second driveway (past the yellow gate arms, past the parked cars). Came down and checked in, got a door right away. If you're picking up, pre cool to 30°. No loading until trailer is cool. The girl in the office won't tell you that. Otherwise, very nice people. I would come back. And if you come early there's a few parking spots around.

I arrived the night before my appointment (Sunday 02/19/23) and was met by the security officer who was extremely pleasant and helpful, he said I could park in a dock and check in when they opened (5am). I read the previous reviews and was a little nervous about the docking situation that’s why I got there early and my appointment was Monday morning 5am. I went to the SECOND driveway so I wouldn’t have to blindside back in, it says no trucks but that is the best way to go in. Apparently four other drivers read the reviews or looked at maps and did the same thing lol. Everyone was friendly except for the lumper, he took 30+ minutes just to come out and cut my seal! He had to have two cigarette breaks before he started working! Once they started working on my trailer, I was done in less than an hour…not bad at all
However, if the lazy guy would’ve just cut my seal and then took his smoke breaks, I would’ve been done sooner. There is a truck stop about a mile away and a pizza place that delivers that was pretty good. Restroom was clean but it’s locked until they opened

Worst.it’ll take you 10 hrs to get loaded after your appointment… be careful drivers …. 7pm appointment… 5am ppwork
