An Honest Account of My Experience at Standard on the Creek

As a current resident of Standard on the Creek, I feel compelled to share an honest account of my experience. While the people in the leasing office have good intentions, it's evident that the complex falls short of the standards one would expect from a living community.

The turnover rate among the staff is notably high, which has created challenges. The current team seems to lack the necessary resources, knowledge, and experience to efficiently manage the responsibilities of their roles. This has resulted in frequent issues, particularly concerning transparency with charges on my ledger that seem to appear out of nowhere.

Moreover, the water quality has been a concern. The water has an unusual smell, prompting me to invest in a filtration system to ensure the safety and health of my family. It's disheartening that such a basic necessity is not up to par.

The rushed renovations to my unit also reflect a lack of attention to detail. Paint droppings were left on my kitchen and bathroom floors, and the functionality of appliances like my dishwasher has been compromised. Drawers and door knobs fall off from standard use, pointing to a need for more thorough and careful renovation work.

I want to emphasize that I don't place blame solely on the staff. I understand the challenges they face, but it's crucial for potential residents to have a transparent view of what to expect. As a resident, I hope to see improvements in the management and living conditions to truly meet the standards expected in a community like Standard on the Creek. #ResidentExperience

I love the apartments would of been a great home for me n my 2 babies. But sadly they denied me for a credit score that wasnt even accurate: (. I wish they would reconsider n answer my prayers

I was very interested in this property I have called and sent emails and still have yet to speak to someone. I work in property management so I know how overwhelming can be, but one thing I am very strong willed on is making sure I return phone calls and emails for my prospective residents. Decided to go by there yesterday at 4 pm the sign said closed and the door was locked. Had my mother go by today around 11 am so many people were outside because the door was locked once again. Get better!

I want to say these apartments are very nice. If you want some where to stay this will be your best option. Christian is doing here thang in that office. Anything you need she will help you. She is very nice and gets down to business. If you have a problem just let her know and she will get it taken care of as soon as possible. Since I moved here I have had no problems at all. If I can give this property a 0 stars I would! I Stayed here prior to covid and during, and when I say management is horrible Claudia Luna & her assistant Laura Barns blamed me several times for things that were untrue it gotten so bad they had a police officer come to my door telling me I was getting evicted for something that didn’t occur with me.i call several times to speak with upper management but I can never get through, and top it all off Laura barns wrote false information on documents pertaining to me. I should sue for defamation of character! I can write a book about this property, bottom line don’t move here!
