18 I was there today to get my truck serviced. The service attendant lady told me that I would not be able to get my oil changed until after 3pm. It was around 1pm. She also said I would have to come back tomorrow to get my truck lubed!
I bought an Expedition there last year and have had it serviced there. I drove down from Mt. Vernon to this dealership for this service. The lady was unsympathetic and basically I interrupted her from doing whatever she does, obviously not great customer service.
Not very friendly! My husband purchased a truck from the Dodge dealership down the road from this Fort Dealership; both are Stanley dealerships. We got the call that the plates were ready for pick up. I make the 30 minute drive and told by the dodge place to come to this one (plates are apparently kept here). I walk in and had 3 people look up from their desk and nobody seemed interested. I walk to the desk that’s right in front of the front door (nobody is there) and finally someone walks up and asks can I help you. I tell him I’m here to pick up plates for a truck bought from the Dodge dealership. He hands them to me and I say “thank you. Have a great day” and receive nothing in return. No acknowledgement that I said a word. For such a good experience at the Dodge place this one sure ruined wanting to deal with Stanley dealerships anymore.
Horrible customer service! Wish I had looked at reviews before going there and wasting our time. Trust the bad reviews - they speak volumes.
Great place to car or truck shop this is a true Country Dealer! They have great service and the sales people treat you with the utmost respect!
Tried to schedule an appointment to get my recall fixed on the Expedition. Couldn’t get anyone to schedule and no call back.

Traded in car with upside down and got into a new Corolla for 0 down. Kyre was very nice and Brandon was as well. I feel bad because Mario told me to come in at 7pm and they close at 6. They stayed until 9: 30 to get us into a new vehicle with less than perfect credit and an upside down. We went from a 2012 to 2021.
Every single employee that I spoke too was extremely helpful and polite. They all went above and beyond to make sure I got the truck I wanted. 5 stars plus.
A little pricey, I think that when you have them doing the work that the diagnostic charges should not be charged. That is a company issue, the staff at Stanley are friendly and informative I have always had good luck with them and my vehicle service.

The entire staff at Stanley Ford in Gilmer are very welcoming and friendly from the moment you walk through the doors! They worked diligently to find me the truck I was looking for. In the world we live in today, it is hard to find good customer service. I was working out of town when my 16 year old son called about his battery being dead on his '78 Ford truck. I called and spoke with Jeremy in the service department and explained the situation. Needless to say, Jeremy went above and beyond for my son. He helped him get back on the road and was very professional. My son had nothing but good things to say about Jeremy and his professionalism. It is because of employees like Jeremy, that I continue to do business with Stanley Ford in Gilmer. Thanks, Jeremy for helping this ole dad out when he was out of town.
Service department is willing to go above and beyond to help get your vehicle back on the road and great at keeping you informed on what is going on as they get the info.
I got assistance from Freddy and Garrett and they had me approved for the car I had my eyes set on so quick! Absolutely recommend!
