Olivia was literally yelling at me on the phone when I was asking about the insurance billing and fees. I have asked her to lower her voice and speak nicely but turned my service away. EXTREMELY RUDE!

If I could give 500 stars, I would. Dr. Stein is very professional, but also very personable. He listens, he hears, he understands and he fixes! Above all, the very, very best doctor I have even seen. The entire office staff is super!

Perforated my uncle’s colon during a routine colonoscopy. Now my uncle is enduring a lifetime with a colostomy and a bag. This happened a few years ago but I am certain you want to find another doctor.

I’m a 41 year old fit female but my father passed young of colon cancer. I decided to start screening early. I booked an appointment with Dr Stein to speak with him. The nurse came in and told me to get undressed to my underwear. I told her I wasn’t prepared and uncomfortable. I asked why. She told me so the doctor could “check my heart. ” I told her I wanted to stay dressed. The doctor comes in highly agitated, telling me that if I’m not going to follow procedure to find another doctor! He never even talked to me about why I was there. I told him I wasn’t refusing his procedure but I wanted to know why I had to be in my underwear. He was upset for the questioning. I told him I’d find another doctor. Highly unprofessional!

Dr. Stein is THE BEST! His staff is also super amazing. Special shout out to Jackie - and not meaning to leave anyone out. She helped us out tremendously with our last family health issue. Our daughter who lives outside of Dallas was suffering from stomach pains for a few weeks which escalated and was not able to get the proper care in a timely manner while there. I reached out to Dr. Stein‘s office and Jackie assisted me with speaking to him because it was an emergency. Dr. Stein gave me some advice which I followed but did not help my daughter at the time. So a friend had to drive her 4 hours to see Dr. Stein the following day. Jackie fit her in the schedule and we were able to find out after some tests, It was actually her gallbladder. The day after that she had to have it removed and she has been doing great since. This was just two weeks ago. It’s sad we had to go through all of that but the confidence we had and Dr. Stein helping us is indescribable. Thank you to Dr. Stein and Jackie again we really appreciate everything you did for us.

Dr. Stanley is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He explains things very well not rushing. He cares for his patients and very honest. I highly recommended dr. Stanley. The office was very nice and easy to make an appointment and waiting time was not long. Overall everything was nice and comfortable.

Was seen on time. Efficient staff giving me the needed information while I was there. Doctor took time to examine and review my problem with me.

I have been a patient of Dr. Stein for almost 10yrs. Dr. Stein has been great but now I have to leave due to ridiculous fear mongering covid policies. If you still want to wear a mask that does not work then you will fit in.

Dr. Stein and his Staff run the office to a T! I will definitely refer anyone to him. From my office visit to my procedure, the entire process was perfect.
