Super friendly representative named Ced who cleaned our carpet and worked really hard to get up some deep stains. Would call again for carpet cleaning. Loved that they could fit me in on such short notice.

My 8x10 area rug was returned 3 weeks later and smelled like mildew. We didn’t notice the smell until the Stanley Steemer men had left. I will be calling the company and ask them to re-clean my rug.

Both servicemen were professional, clear, and also were helpful when some other additions areas were considered for cleaning. They worked efficiently and well. Great job!

Im very happy with most of the service but on the area rugs this is the second time I have used them and the time line is way off both times they said it would be two weeks and both times it took well over two months and I had to call them to find them to find out what was going on and when it would be done

Aaron and his colleague were on time and very professional. He explained what they would be doing, and did a wonderful job!

The service Rep. Was so professional neat and clean uniform. Knowledge of what the service I was wanting to get guve me options for follow up service and time. Was not trying to sell me anything wasn't pushy great person. I'll be having my AC airduct cleaning on 09/04/21.

Jorge Flores did a phenomenal job on our pet stained carpets. He also cleaned our master bath tile and refreshed grout lines before sealing. Master bath floors look like they did 7 years ago. Highly recommend their service!

So they were here in July. Wrote a bad review and they responded stating I needed to call or text within a couple of days. I did this by calling. I stated my issues with the person on the phone for zip 75044. She took all my details 1) damaged front door 2) Sucked insulation off my A/C evaporator causing it not to work and costing me $99 for a A/C call 3) Did not clean my return air ducts as advertised on their video.

Three weeks passed and no return call from them. Then called and talked to the 75044 person again and discussed the same issues. Its now been two more weeks and no-one has called. Since they won't call I went into the attic to see what was done. I'm not in their business but I could not find any insertion points where they supposed entered the system in all the ducts. This was a limited look becasue I had back surgery a few weeks back and can't hope the rafters as I use to be able too.

Their carpet service is highly recommended but their duct cleaning service not so much.

They did a great job and was very professional. We also had them clean the bathroom tile floor. The grout is white again!

Bert and his colleague were awesome! They were quick and efficient, and importantly have great customer service skills. Will definitely use this service again in the future.

Miguel was amazing. Thorough, quick, loved on my dog! He gave me suggestions and options but wasn’t pushy. Will definitely ask for him again

Cleaned the carpets and the hardwood floors. These gentlemen were courteous and did a great job. I would use them again.
