I have used SS 3 times in the last year, but this time was awful.
The problem is my tech left a horrible mess, wet floors and a completely soaked carpet (that I hope will not be ruined.) it wasn't just a little wet, it was soaked. (See photo of the water I sucked out with my carpet cleaner of the rug after he left.)

I didn't realize the rug was wet until he was gone and I am pissed. Its a brand new rug too! I love my rug and devastated it might be ruined! It wasn't cheap either!

All the other techs I have had before have been great, but this guy was sloppy to say the least!

The 2 young men were super nice and polite. Our only pet peeve was that on the phone we asked *multiple times* if it was indeed possible to clean a coffee stain on our wool carpet on site. The answer was absolutely. Well, no that wasn't the case. The rug had to be removed and brought away to be cleaned. Stanley Steemer's call center should be much better prepped and taught what is what imho!

Absolutely the best experience and hardest workers. Bobby and the other steamer didn’t rush, gave me helpful tips, talked out a plan with me for future work. Everything looks and smells GREAT! Thank you both so much!

Leather couch is 20 yrs old and looks dry and dull. After his professional care is a beautiful, luxurious, warm, inviting cuddle couch. He was great!
