I visited this place when they were eye lab and I was so upset with my service, When I got the glasses I didn't care too much for how they fit or on looked on my face. I read the website that they offer a 60 days or 90 days guaranteed Exchange or money back, Sadly to say these people do not honor what they actually say, I spent about $200 on a pair of glasses that are useless because they are a company that doesn't keep its word. I will not be a returning customer.

Overall, not a great experience. My Optometrist was very difficult to understand, and that was compounded by the virtual aspect of the visit. Fortunately my prescription appears to be accurate, that was the only positive. Otherwise, I had scheduled an appointment and upon arrival was told never to do that because they don't know about them, and that they are a walk-in welcome practice. While fair, if you have the functionality to schedule an appointment, you shouldn't scold customers for using said functionality. It was unpleasant from start to finish. The individual who was assisting me relentlessly tried to sell me on all sorts of additions to my lenses, different frames, and even contacts. I was upfront immediately on my only need for lenses. I have frames, I do not wear contacts, I don't want anything additional on my lenses. Even when I came to pick up my lenses, they were still trying to sell me on other products. During the check in, I informed them that I wasn't using insurance. The associate said "I'm gonna take all your money! " In what I assume was a joking tone, and it was funny, but only because I couldn't believe that they said that. I was one of two customers in the store, and I had to wait ~30 minutes after checking in before starting their eye testing before my actual exam. They did not have a large staff, but my perspective is: I made an appointment, had to redo my check-in information entirely that I had already done online, and then I had to wait another ~30 on top of that. I feel that I did everything that I could as a customer, and was not nearly matched. I strongly recommend against using them for your optometric needs.

This place is 1st class. All of my family wears glasses, and we get them here. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase glasses. Love this place!

Accidentally broke my glasses and the GM was able to get me taken care of fast. Best place to get glasses in Forney by far. Also, this was during the Cold wave we had and he was happy to help.

Excellent staff. They were all very friendly and did such an amazing job on my eye exam. They were also helpful with explaining how to insert and remove my contact lenses.

It was easy to get scheduled for an eye exam. I am new to Forney and needed an eye doctors who was close.

They were friendly and very helpful. I went in with broke glasses and came out same day with new glasses. The staff here in Forney is awesome

Update
My glasses were supposed to be ready on 12-20-2023 at the latest. I called today 12-21-2023 because I have not heard from them. I am now being told my glasses will not be ready until the 30th for one pair and 1-4-2024 for the other pair. I know with my prescription that they would not have them on hand. But I was told that they would be ready this week. I would not have spent as much money as I did. If I had known it was gonna take that long.

If I could give less stars I would. The woman with dark hair was rude and demeaning. Our insurance covers 2 pairs of glasses and they said they would only do one pair. Their frames are over priced and the woman said "oh we have financing. " That's not the problem, the problem is I know my insurance covers 2 pairs and I refuse to spend extra money for something I know is covered through my insurance. She said we had to get retinol imaging which is extra money when I don't get it, because mine has always been fine in the past and i do not have health issues. If you want good customer service and the most for your money I recommend America's Best in terrel. Do not and I repeat do not give these people your money or time they are more worried about money than your business.

This place is a total scam! Went in for an eye exam and he immediately asked if I had insurance and he took a glance at it and grabbed a paper and started saying these are what “copays” you would pay and whatnot without even running my insurance. After the exam he takes the same paper and starts writing down numbers and said without insurance it’s this number with insurance it’s a lesser number. Once I said something about how he didn’t even verify my insurance he had nothing to back it up with and tried to say this is what corporate makes you pay. Once again WITHOUT running my insurance. Everyone’s plans different so where did he get these numbers from? Without giving an explanation of why he hadn’t run the insurance. This place is sketchy and is not a legit place. Take your time and money elsewhere. If I could rate this 0 stars I would without a doubt. Please learn from my experience!
